Scheduling was a breeze. Even at the last minute they were able to fit me in.
I went in for a consultation for my skin and met with Terrie. They used some fancy machine to analyze my skin. I had a signature hydrafacial which was fantastic. They also recommended some products to use at home. In the two weeks since I have been using the Environ line I see a noticeable glow in my skin. The estethicians are really nice. They offered me a monthly membership which I signed up for. The facility is squeaky clean and offers cutting edge med spa equipment.

For my experience, one unfortunate word comes to mind: Incompetence. I contacted them and like other reviews have mentioned, scheduling here is brutal. I emailed, texted and called numerous times before I could schedule.
I filled out their online form to be contacted. Lucia replied and told me to text (weird, a normal business will respond and schedule or just call you but I had to reach out again). I was asked to fill out paperwork and give them my card info all of which I provided immediately. Then it was a week of text tag with Lucia who wouldn't schedule me and I kept having to follow

I've had two hydrafacials done by Kim and would highly recommend this spa . The experience was so relaxing and enjoyable, I even dozed off a bit during the sessions. I also had microneedling performed by Dr. Franck. The pain was not as bad as I heard before and was totally manageable. Along with the Environ products recommended to me, I see a significant improvement regarding my skin condition in a month! Couldn't be any happier about the results!

I got my lips done here and it was amazing. I've had it done at two other places before that cost the same and weren't nearly as good. The nurse practitioner clearly specializes in lips and makes sure every client has perfect ones for their face. The pain management is much better than what they use at other places. They are also very professional. They over charged me once and immediately sent me an apology email. They refunded me and offered me a complimentary service for the mistake. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

I love total glow! Everyone I’ve seen has been amazing, Svetlana, Dee, Kim. Terrie the owner goes out of her way to make sure you have the best experience at her spa and Sarah at the front desk is friendly and wonderful at her job. The best part though? My face is glowing!!! I'm from out of town, but have heard about the outstanding HydraFacial treatments offered at Total Glow, so I scheduled a Signature Hydrafacial treatment on Friday to look my best for my 35th high school reunion happening today in the Bay Area. OMG!!!!!! They aren't kidding when they say that their HydraFacial treatments are like none other. I’ve been getting facials from Terrie for Many years, driving 2 hours to get to her because she is the best at what she does!
I especially love how dedicated she is to helping me look and feel my best, as well as using the most advanced skin care that goes deep to improve the signs of aging:)
