This is my first 1-star review on Yelp and the 3rd consecutive 1-star review for this business within the last month, that alone should say it all. This place used to be great however it changed sometime in 2019 when they replaced their customer service teams and their business management. You may see many positive reviews prior to that so keep that in mind as it has gone down hill. They will reschedule you countless times, once I was literally 10 minutes away and they called to cancel (offered a complimentary session for a service that doesn't even work). I had a consultation for kybella under my chin the nurse recommended I get two vials of kyabella. After doing some more research I decide to call back To schedule an appointment the woman at the front desk told me in order to move forward with the treatment I would have to pay for two vials of kybella and pay half for the 3rd vial for future treatment. I don't have a lot of fat under my chin to get three vials HOWEVER I do know that TWO vials is commonly recommended based on research! BUT I've never heard of paying for HALF OF A VIAL IN ADVANCE unless it's a promo! Why in the world would I pay

I have done 10 sessions for full face laser. I didn’t see any results. When I called them that after 10 sessions I didn’t see any results and even during my treatments I always let them know that not seeing much difference. They setup my consultation again and my neck area has more hair now than before the treatment. The 2 nurses over there told me that you may have some hormonal issues consult your obg. Suppose if I have hormonal imbalance then not only the half neck they treated are gonna have more hair and that too coarse and half neck doesn’t where I never used razor. I am very disappointed

I don't think I could say one negative thing about my experience with Ariba - it was warm and welcoming during my entire visit, including during scheduling and confirming my appointments! I went and saw Denise for Botox. I was super grateful she asked me what I wanted and then told me she was gonna take what I wanted + what she felt would be best and off she went. She asked me during each round if I was doing okay and that was super awesome! It took about 15 minutes for my Botox and since I had already done the forms prior, I was in and out. I came to Ariba for lip fillers. This was only my second time getting the procedure done. My first time was with a plastic surgeon. Denisse is really nice but I was not happy with the results of my treatment. First time getting procedure (not at Ariba) the surgeon made only two punctures to apply the filler. The technique here resulted in various puncture holes to apply the filler. A few days after I developed a cold sore at one of the injection sites. I've come here about 3 or 4 times for some Botox in my forehead. I'm hesitant about going to places for Botox and do a lot of research into a place before I even make an appointment. Ariba seemed to be legit and safe, so I made an appointment which was super easy. Denise is the person who helps me out and she's really nice and gentle. I was apprehensive about doing laser hair removal for many reasons and when I called Ariba, Kiara (Chiara) was very helpful in answering my many questions and resolving any issues I had.
Denise is my nurse for my treatment and is always helpful and accommodating as well as fun to talk to. Prior to Covid, I purchased a package for laser removal to be done by Shereen. I was happy to work with Shereen and she was amazing. Due to of the pandemic, I could not make additional sessions as everything was obviously closed down. I eventually circled back to make additional appointments and was told that Shereen was no longer there. They also said that they no longer have a Nurse for laser removal appointments on Saturdays, which means I have to take a day off to drive to Fremont during the week as they are over an hour away

After looking for a place to get my lip filler again, I decided to try out Ariba Medical Spa as it had great reviews and the luxury of it being close to home, and I'm sooo glad I did.
First off, the medical spa itself is so clean and beautiful. The women working the front desk are always so sweet and helpful. I was helped by Analy and she was great at making me feel comfortable before my procedure.

After a year Sam the manager reached out to me and told me to come back to fix the problem. I met Denise and she took care of me and recommended the right treatment.
After she dissolved the lip fillers, i waited 2 weeks to get the right treatment. Denise used restylane kyss and let me tell you I LOVE MY NEW LIPS!
She knows what she is doing and would recommend whats right for you. After seeing my new lips im definitely coming back.
If you ever go get treatments at Ariba ask for Denise!!

Ariba Med Spa is the first place I received my first laser hair treatment and so far has been wonderful. The spa is clean and follows Covid protocols every time I go in for an appointment which makes me feel safe. The staff are also nice and professional which is a huge plus!
I can't speak much about my results since I'm waiting to see how it goes after the final session. Although I will say, there is a noticeable difference with the amount of hair I had when I first started and it appears to be more lighter. So far, I'm liking it and would recommend this spa.

I went for consultation, and I was told that my treatment would need 6 to 8 office visits. I signed up for 8 sessions. This month was my 5th visit and I told the nurse that there was still lots of hair growth , she then tells me that I need 8 to 12 sessions for the laser to work on my face. If I was given accurate information on the # of sessions I would have done my research with other business too to see the best deal. I was very upset with my last office visit. Starting my laser hair removal treatment I can say has been life changing. I started with one area and had to add more since I saw better results on my laser treated area. Angie the nurse made me feel very comfortable and is really nice hospitable. she is also quick and made sure that I felt no pain. I also like the reminders and emails. For someone with darker skin I am afraid of laser hair removal treatments. my sister love this place and she is darker than me she loves her results with no burn scarring or pigmentation. since trying this is my 4t treatments and I am very happy. they have very clean clinic with happy staff. I finished my six sessions of laser hair removal treatment and I saw great results that I came back for more areas. I highly recommend them due to the results and excellent customer service. I notice after my second treatment that my hair was a lot less visible. the girls at the front desk was very happy and both really took their time to accommodate since it was a busy hour when I came in.
