These are the best guys in the business, no contest. Adam came out to check my well water and give me some options. I never felt pressured to buy and honestly understood my choices. I went with a pretty substantial water purification system. The price was fair, service and install prompt and friendly, the communication perfect. Best folks around!

Best customer service ever. In addition to exceptional yearly service, Adam recently talked us through a late-night emergency call when we experienced flooding in our basement. With his help, we were able to get things under control quickly and he had serviceman, Jason, at our house the next morning to fix everything up. Both were unbelievably kind and helpful. Not sure what we would have done without them!

Adam is one of the most accessible, honest, and reliable owners of any business that I've ever worked with. If you have any issues with your water, I urge you to give them a try. I've used Adams on numerous occasions which included testing and filter changes for our reverse osmosis system. The latest was having Jason come out to replace our old iron removal filter which had reduced our water pressure and caused hard water stains. Our city has hard well water. Now our water pressure is glorious and no more spotty glasses and shower doors. My wife and I decided to sign up for their annual service

After 30 years of well water in Long Grove, we finally have water that we can drink from the tap! No more bottled water. Now we have safe, drinkable water from the tap thanks to Adam's Water Treatment. Adam Gagen, Owner, came to our home to access our water system-no charge. I am so happy with the service provided by the Adams team. I suspected problems with the pressure tank but it was also a water line from the well. I was nervous about the extent of repairs and time without water. The well team was there the same afternoon and had it diagnosed and repaired in just a couple hours at a very reasonable price. These are the only people in the McHenry County area I would trust with my family's drinking water. Did A LOT of research on this. I contacted Adam's Water Treatment because my water softener was leaking water on my basement floor. Adam was able to come the same day to address the issue. I recently bought my first home, which also happens to be my first experience with well water - not a good one at first since the house did not have a softener system. Adam did a great job of explaining why my water was so hard and rusty and options to resolve these issues. He recommended the system that was necessary based on his water quality test. I really appreciate that he did not try to sell me his most expensive equipment and he concluded that I did not even need an iron removal system. He did a great job of installing the system and the water quality has been excellent since! I highly recommend
