Air Diffusion Systems is a third generation, family-owned company located in Gurnee, Illinois. For more than 60 years, we have specialized in developing and promoting natural and sustainable water and wastewater treatment technologies. J. Nelson Hinde grew up on the Mississippi River and became fascinated by the rivers ability to treat pollution naturally.
Over the last 60 years, Air Diffusion Systems (ADS) fine bubble aeration has been installed around the world to promote natural and biological treatment of lakes, lagoons, reservoirs, and other bodies of water. Bubbling from the bottom up, ADS diffusers recreate a river-like environment in bodies of water that lack oxygenation and mixing.
Air Diffusion Systems is a natural way to treat water and wastewater efficiently and effectively. The ADS "LTC" disk module is the most cost effective and energy efficient way to add oxygenation and mixing to any body of water. Each "LTC" disk contains 100' of our fine bubble aeration secured inside of a 4' diameter stainless steel frame.

Have worked with John and Tom for developing ADS market in India. They have deep knowledge of water treatment and are willing to share it freely with people to empower them. ADS projects in India are unquestionably a great success and have been quoted as examples of how things should be done.
