With nearly two decades of woodworking experience between them, Dustin McFerrin and Ed Conley founded AHA Custom, LLC in 2015. In late 2017, Dustin took over AHA Custom when Ed retired to pursue other interests. Since then, AHA Custom has become a thriving small business under Dustin's leadership and vision.
Our revenues have grown, we've moved into a larger facility, we've invested in our craftsmen, and we've invested in equipment that allows us to meet our customers' needs more timely. These days, we primarily focus on kitchen, bathroom, and various other cabinetry projects. While our business has grown, our attention to detail, and our dedication to customer satisfaction has never changed.

The custom bar top these guys made for us has held up perfectly under a lot of heavy wear and tear. We'll use AHA again. My client liked a piece from a well-known furniture retailer, but it didn't meet her needs. AHA was able to make exactly what she wanted at a very reasonable price. My wife and I highly recommend AHA.

My wife and I highly recommend AHA. They built and installed our kitchen cabinets. Our cabinets are 100% unique and custom. Everything from the sizes and door frame pattern to the crown molding. Everything was specific to our tastes and chosen over time with the help of AHA and our amazing designer.
We started our journey over a year and half ago when we started meeting with contractors. We used HomeAdvisor, called around, searched the web and spoke with anyone our friends and neighbors had used.
Why did we decide on and use AHA? Passion. AHA was the only contractor who wanted to understand our

We contacted Dustin and he promptly came to our home to review. He was very friendly and seemed optimistic to start this project and we were, to him too. However once he left, he never responded or got back to us about continuing the project... never gave us a quote. Not sure what happened but definitely not a good way to do business. If he had an issue with us or with the project, we would've been fine with it, as long as he communicated to us. A simple text with "I don't think I'm the right person for the job" Or "I don't think our plan will work" would

AHA refaced our cabinets with new doors and hinges, and painted them along with surrounding areas of the kitchen. Dustin (the owner) and his team were great to work with. They did exactly what they quoted and did not to try to up sell anything. The cabinets look amazing and we are extremely happy. Thanks for a great job well done!

Ed Conley is a woodworking genius. Seriously. I do a lot of cooking and my existing island in my otherwise roomy kitchen was lacking, to say the least. From the moment we met Ed through a friend's referral, we knew he'd be the guy to work with. I had some "definite" ideas about what I wanted (more work space!) and boy did Ed take that to a whole new level. I absolutely ADORE my new island (we call it a "continent" by the way), and the drawer/cabinet design and storage space is amazing. I have usable storage on three sides of a large rectangular island - absolutely
