Schnitzel - Breaded pork cutlets fried golden brown, served with a lemon wedge, pommes frites, & apple sauce. Jagerschnitzel - Grilled pork cutlets topped with a mushroom sauce, served with sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, & braised red cabbage. German Sausage Platter - Grilled Oktoberfest & bratwurst sausages, served on a bed of sauerkraut with mashed potatoes, and braised red cabbage.

Breakfast Eggs & Such At Chalet Restaurant & Bakery, we offer farm fresh eggs, and pancakes and waffles made from scratch. Our hash browns are fresh, never frozen.
