Everyone at the Mark Arens agency is professional and thoughtful. Everyone seems to love what they do and actually care about me. I didn't know much about insurance going when I first went with them but now I understand everything and I trust them to do the best job. They are also very experienced agents so I know they know what they are talking about.

Not only is Mark and his crew the best insurance agency I've ever met, he's also the best STATE FARM agent I've ever met! (I've met quite a few agents from years of business networking)

I called for a quote and got great, honest advice.
On a different note, I've known Mark Arens for 40 years and I know that he goes far beyond the call of duty to serve his clients. He has an exceptional ability to make the insurance shopping process a lot of fun! He has trained all of his staff to do the same. I believe that you will love having this agency serve you.

Mark Arens and employees have screwed up my insurance many, many times.
One of the worst.
I bought a new car and made that my main vehicle, but kept my old van for work purposes. I called and told them of the change. I was self employed and my insurance payments were taken out of my checking account automatically. This happened during a busy work season, so I didn't pay much attention to how much was being taken out. Months later I called about something else and asked about the insurance on my van. They said I had canceled it. I said I had most certainly not. I had been driving the van at least

Love these guys! I've been with State Farm for 10 years now (since I was 15) and I love them! My rates have NEVER been beat by anyone else in those 15 years and their service can't be beat!
Went to see David and Tyler to set up life insurance and add my wedding rings to my insurance policy and they stayed late to make sure my husband and I were taken care of!

We are thoroughly impressed with State Farm, specifically Dave Osborne, who took such great care of us. We had been using another insurance company for 15+ years and were satisfied with them, but didn't realize how much money we could save by switching and the additional benefits we'd receive. Very few people can say they love their job. I've had the pleasure of working side-by-side with Mark over the past year and have loved every minute of it.
