We do not handle cash transactions in the office. We have been part of the State Farm family for over 30 years, during that time Tony has won many awards including Ambassador Travel Qualifier multiple times. Tony believes in being active in the community. He has been A Big Brother Big Sister Volunteer, Member of Minneapolis Urban League, Burnsville Chamber of Commerce and KMOJ Community Committee chairman.

I was a customer for over 15 years. Most of the time when I called the office, I talked with a female that was very professional and courteous. However on one occasion, I had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking with Tony. I was calling to get re-quotes on all my policies. I mentioned that I'd been approached by an agent with another company and wanted to discuss our current State Farm coverage. Tony was very rude. He indicated that they do not give comparison quotes. Tony has been my Agent for over a decade, he is extremely professional and very attentive to details, he has always been timely whenever I needed advice or assistance with auto, life or home insurance. Tony and his staff has been excellent in explaining and helping me understand the fine print of insurance policies. Tony Pankey has been my insurance agent for 13 years. He insures my home and auto and has always been there when I’ve needed him. I would have to agree with the other person who reviewed this. He was extremely rude to me on the phone. I called to ask him a question about worker's comp for our company and he all of a sudden got very angry and started yelling over the phone. I was very polite so you can see why I was surprised by his reaction. Aren't these agents supposed to be helpful and provide excellent customer service? This individual has anger management issues and should not be an agent for State Farm. Terrible service. I talked to other agents and they were absolutely kind and helpful. This guy needs some help.
