WARNING: Do not use UZ Marketing. We placed a relatively small order on Oct. 14th 2021. We were told the signs would be shipped and delivered by Oct. 25. We reached out on Oct. 22nd to confirm they are still on track. They said if there was any delay whatsoever we would receive an email stating that. Oct 25 rolls around and we call again, not only were the signs were never printed, we were never made aware of any delay or change in the ETA. We asked the manager "Jamie" why they didn't inform us of the delay and their response was "Are you aware of the global pandemic going on

I ordered 100 Christmas light signs a week ago and was told they would arrive November 11th. A bit late for the season, but oh well, my fault for not ordering sooner. Well they arrive at my door yesterday October 28th! I’m so excited! This is my second order from UZ Marketing, and the quality is great as usual. I’ll continue using them moving forward. Thank you UZ for helping me get my advertising started on time for the season!! 🎄😎🎄

The free revisions on yard signs is nicely within my budget and this company is the place to go to for cheap signs! The designs on my yard signs came out pleasant and were delivered to me in a timely manner even after asking for 2 revisions. Although there are people out there who would try to take down your signs when you place them up, it won't discourage my business. This place has excellent products and service and the manager Jamie is very understanding of your issues and situation. Would gladly order again from here!

Have been ordering from them for two years. Will be finding another company; probably more expensive, but hopefully more user-friendly. It is never a surprise when my orders come in WAY wrong. Colors are typically a big part of it, but the last batch had the stake slots on the side, for a standard rectangular print. This may have been an accident on my part, but their website is not, in the slightest, user-friendly. It is very complex and needs a TOTAL overhaul. Colors are a huge deal and there are so many jargon-based terms for the options. It doesn’t help when the average consumer has no clue

I really don't know why everyone here has had a bad experiance with uz marketing. My experiance was smooth no issues what so ever. The design I submitted came out perfect. Just like I wanted it. I got the free delivery service and received my order when they said it would be

Product looks fine (for what was made and delivered). They say 5-6 days, after ordering they process it ends up being 8-10 days but they even failed to meet that window after being paid for expedited shipping. After multiple calls and emails being told sorry by workers that have no ability to do anything except be a ear magnet for upset customers, left multiple requests for manager to call still has not happened. Ordered signs for fathers campaign as he ran out. Ordered on 29th as of 14th still awaiting stakes to make signs usable (they arrived 5 days late) . Final product as of today not even

The quality of the yard sign is Very poor. The colors do not match and are not bright. Our sign is dull. It seems to have been sitting in someone's yard for a few weeks already. The delivery took weeks and it was a small order. We placed 2 orders. The first order of 50 yard signs took about 4 weeks to process and deliver to us. The second order of 5, yes 5 yard signs took a week longer and we received an email saying our order from the printer was going to be delayed. I do not recommend ordering from UZ Marketing. It was a very frustrating experience.

This company "upcharged" me for a logo I had made for my business saying that if I didn't pay for that my signs would print pixelated. First of all why would you do a bad job on a sign anyways but the biggest thing is that by me paying the money to have my logo "redesigned" resulted in my cell phone number being printed incorrectly, when I got my signs I was super excited to start putting them out, I was beyond disappointed in seeing that something I had waited two weeks on was done incorrectly, with the number being wrong on the signs they are completely useless to me

For the "recycled" and thus very cheap login, DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT! They sent good ones for the first order, then the second two sets of 100 were USELESS. Illegible. Company just refers to their online disclaimer with a picture showing illegible signs. Too good to be true (75 cents for small signs). Company refuses to fix problem, give discount for next order, or the like. Now have close to 200 useless signs for more than $150.

The signs, once received were beautiful and well made. Sadly, the fact that they were delivered two weeks late and after the event was over was a huge disappointment. In addition no lawn stakes were included!! This just added to our frustration and aggravation. I called multiple times to try to expedite the order and get the stakes all to no avail. I now have to spend an additional $200 for stakes to give to students after the school year is over. I would not recommend this company.

This company has terrible service. They hung up on me midway through call multiple times. They do not have the mental capacity to meet deadlines. Their employees gives you hella attitude, especially Shanise Woods. She was so freakin degrading for no reason and acts as if I didnt know anything about shipping. They never called me back as they promised which makes them so unreliable and sus.
I had placed an order in mid May, and it is almost mid June yet they still have not delivered it to me. This company is truly a scam. All they did was eat my money. beware my fellow yelpers!

The worse company I have worked with in a long time. No communication, no response and no replies after emails, texts and calls. Items arrived late by one week and some is still missing. Absolutely no response. They did take our money fast and efficiently. Signs where for hospital during the pandemic and we where late. Would never use this "company" again

We used to pick up signs for our clients here however there were so many complaints about slow service and missing deadlines that we moved them over to a more reliable print shop. I should mention that the print shop we currently use is run by a very kind widow who used to print signs for the owner of UZ when he first started out. Unfortunately the owner of that other small shop passed away leaving his widow to take over the business. During that time UZ started to grow very rapidly and as a testament of his low moral standards and character, Quan , the owner of UZ marketing took this time of mourning

***DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY*** Ordered yard signs, website said the production time was 2-4 business days. Part of the order shipped on the 5th day and the other part of the order shipped on the 6th day. When I called customer support Jamie was very rude and claimed they are still within their time frame because the ship time is 5-7 days. Yes UPS ship time varies but If you claim production time is 2-4 days and you miss the date then you are not meeting expectations! ***DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY***
