Windy Gap Outdoor Power Equipment

Very nice staff but horrible product that we purchased from the other location and had repaired at this location. I would never purchase anything from Windy Gap again. It is sad. We purchased a small atv for our children's main Christmas present. It was a surprise on Christmas Day. It ran for just a couple hours and would not start. They were closed until after New Years so our kids couldn't use the atv during their Christmas break. Took it back and they sent us to this location. The store is over an hour from where we live near Lynchburg. We left it with them and came back about three days later

Mr. Phil is an excellent salesperson when it comes to lawnmowers. Pleasant experience and great prices. No other place to buy.

Purchased a Bad Boy Zero turn from Phil. He took time telling us about the mowers history and features. He also delivered it to us and spent at least 30 minutes, actually longer, teaching us the safest way to use the mower on our sloped yard. Couldn't be more pleased with the service. I can't rate the mower on performance just yet, but expect it will live up to it's high rating and reviews. I will be posting a performance review at about the 3 month mark. Highly recommend Windy Gap for your nextoutdoor power equipment purchase.

I am giving two stars instead of one because I should have investigated the noise coming from the atv that I purchased. Bought used atv and had to replace motor one month later.

Awesome. Those Bad Boy mowers are Sweet. The Yanmar tractors and the Yanmar UTVS. ARGO AMPHIBIOUS 6X6 AND 8X8 now Atgo has ATV 500 and 1000 cc. Christmas lay away on small atvs and trailmaster go-karts. What a place. Stop by and see Mike or Phil.

Picked up a zt elite with the Kawasaki in it. Owner and Staff was very helpful price was good and the mower is awesome. Would buy another and may have to begin of the 2019 season. If you're on the fence about bad boy mowers...dont be would take over scag anyday bc of the prop speed. Superior cut and quality.

When I called they didn't have the mower belt I needed in stock. They offered to order it and ALSO suggested another place to get a belt that was closer to me and would have it the same day. Awesome service, A+!!
