When I came in I waited for 7 minutes. I know what your thinking, 7 minutes is not a long time to wait. Thing is I was the only person in line and there was four people at the counters. Some guy was looking at his phone, the other was looking at his computer and when I walked in closer to him he just took off! I finally got waited on by the only lady there and she wasn't rude, just seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. She kept asking the person next to her everything I was asking her, so why didn't he just wait on me? The part they got me was correct and the pricing was good

This business is pitiful. Went in today wanting to purchase a walk behind Honda. Looked them over and I waited for one of the 8 people behind the counter to offer to help. Nobody did. Spending all their time talking with friends. I was there for 30 minutes. About 15 minutes after I got there a young teenager came in with mom and somebody came to help them and demo a walk behind honda~WTH???
Stayed patient and waited. Nobody offered to help. Gonna buy my mower, just not here. Pitiful poor service!
