Wisdom teeth are extracted to prevent crowding of teeth and to prevent them from damaging other teeth. One of the worst things you can do is to ignore your wisdom teeth. Dental implants are the best option for replacing a missing tooth. They have a success rate of over 95% and are a long term solution that look, feel, and function like normal teeth.
Wisdom teeth extraction is a common procedure. Also known as third molars, wisdom teeth often surface in young adults between ages 15 and 25. Many people's mouths do not have enough space for the extra teeth, making removal necessary. Typically, wisdom teeth should be removed before problems or pain arise.
Dental implants help change lives. A person who has lost teeth will once again be able to eat their favorite foods, confident that teeth appear natural and his or her facial contours are preserved. By providing a foundation for replacement teeth that look, feel, and function like natural teeth, dental implants allow patients to smile with confidence.
If missing teeth aren't replaced for a period of time, the jawbone around the area starts to atrophy or re-absorb. This deteriorated bone tissue is of poor quality and is inadequate for dental implants. However, with modern medicine, we have the ability to grow new bone tissue. This new tissue growth allows patients with deteriorated jaw bones, who would normally not be candidates for dental implants, to receive implant surgery.

I am highly disappointed and highly upset!! My 14yr old had 4 wisdom teeth removed and she told me she felt every inch of her excruciating pain!! She came out crying and eyes blood shot red!! The front desk receptionist seemed to be in a bad mood she told me to exit the building and wait on my daughter 45 minutes before her surgery & I thought it was very unprofessional and unethical to treat patients in this manner!!

Excellent care for wisdom tooth extraction with IV sedation . I've been elsewhere and had a very bad experience but Dr Davis and his super assistants made my procedure anxiety and pain free. I'd go back in a heartbeat if needed again. What a wonderful practice and staff and this is coming from a nurse. Thanks again!

I had a great experience when I got my wisdom teeth removed a couple weeks ago. I was impressed by Dr. Davis and the nurses, and the procedure and recovery went smoothly. I felt very well taken care of, and the staff was very helpful in working with my insurance company. I definitely recommend Davis Oral Surgery. Thank you all for the care you gave me.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr Davis. The experience was excellent from start to finish. The front desk staff were courteous and friendly. The billing person explained in detail what to expect as far as cost and insurance coverage. There were no surprises! Dr Davis took great care to explain the surgery and what to expect after the surgery. He was extremely kind and open to any questions or concerns. The surgery went great. I highly recommend this practice!!

Too many people these days have nothing better to do than write a bad review on a business. I don't know if it's boredom, or a false sense of entitlement but it's becoming an outrageous part of our culture. Doctor Davis and staff are angels among mortals in the dentistry world. They have taken out both my fiance's and my own wisdom teeth. The office staff acted as my defender with my own insurance, and despite a lengthy wait on an insurance reply, fought for me to keep my payment affordable.
The atmosphere created by Dr. Davis is one of comfort, despite most oral surgery procedures being super

My daughter thought Dr. Davis was great, this review has to do with the office itself and it's billing practices. We paid for services in full prior to the surgery. The surgery was May, 2017. Received a bill 6 month later to our surprise. When we called the person was nice and said they would handle it, only to find out now August 2018, that the claim was never submitted. Looking for refund as any money received from insurance was likely already paid by us in full at the time of services. Insurance and all relevant details were provided at consult prior to the actual surgery.

Dr. Davis is an excellent surgeon who was kind and thoughtful in dealing with my daughter, who was clearly anxious about her surgery. He has a wonderful manner about him and was considerate and patient. His staff was great and greeted us all with smiles. They explained the post surgery care and made sure we were all comfortable before we left. I highly recommend this office for any of your oral surgery needs.

Dr. Davis removed my daughter’s wisdom teeth. From the first appt through the follow up, he was very conscientious and took time to explain the procedure and answer all of our questions. He put my daughter at ease and did an excellent job. The whole staff was very kind and professional.
If oral surgery is on the agenda, Dr. Davis makes it as pleasant as is possible.

When my son needed to have his wisdom teeth removed, we contacted Dr. Davis based on a recommendation from a trusted friend. Dr. Davis and his staff were both professional and courteous. He talked to us about the procedure and what to expect after surgery. We felt very comfortable with him and everything went as planned. Needless to say, when my other son needed his wisdom teeth removed, we knew exactly who to call. I own a local business and have recommended Dr. Davis to numerous clients for several years now and will continue to do so.

Dr. Davis is great! He has a very gentle and kind spirit. My son had his wisdom teeth removed here. They made it VERY comfortable for him. He actually experienced very little pain after the procedure (granted, we followed instructions). They made sure we were prepared for a smooth surgery. They really have great communication. Dr. Davis did not rush. I like that. Definitely didn't feel like just a number here. They called to check on us after the surgery! Also, the ladies up front helped us with our insurance, they took the worry out of it by doing all the leg work (thank you so much). This is
