Amy specializing in Energy Healing & Transformation. Her practice is centered in compassion with complimentary modalities in Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy, and Intuitive Messaging. Your 60 minute session will include 15 minutes of initial discussion followed by 45 minutes of energy work. Each session is unique and may include guided meditation, Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy (angel healing) and the use of crystals, essential oils or Tibetan singing bowls to inspire balance and the highest awareness of yourself.

I was somewhat skeptical about Reiki when I was first introduced to the practice. I am Christian and wanted to know that I was not working with those who called upon counter sources for their healing. Then I needed to know if it would actually work. I have usually placed my stress into my upper back. Amy was able to relieve that stress with success by pulling that heat and tension from the effected area. I have since studied & used those techniques to help my patients preop to lessen their stress and allow for a calmer easier experience. Amy was a wonderful provider for the release of my muscle
