Services
First time customers do not need a Buena Pass to try, you only need to purchase the $20 Drop-In Hot Yoga Club Session Pass. After trying the sessions for (3) times at the $20 drop-in rate, you will then need to purchase the Buena Class Pass which is a small $10/month flat fee, please inquire at front desk.
We include free purified cool water refills and our famous mint towels at the end of every session, which help in cool down and recovery, invigorating the senses for the perfect yoga experience!. Between each break is a savasanah, and the room is cooled down slightly, then heated up again when the savasanah is over.
Catherine started practicing Hot Yoga with us several months ago, and already her doctor is seeing vast improvement in her spine and mobility. While I physically cannot do all the postures, I still try. I think if people see a person (like me) with disabilities getting it done, maybe they will stop making excuses about practicing regularly themselves!
The heat allows the muscles to loosen up and increase blood flow throughout your body, boosting the lymphatic system by massaging lymph nodes and distributing white blood cells throughout your body, thus improving the body's immune system. Doing yoga poses in a hot room allows you to rid your body of all the water weight and some fat.

I absolutely love going to the Hot Yoga Club. I adore Mary Beth, the owner, Caitlin, the Main hot yoga instructor and Jamie the Power yoga instructor. They are very professional, very helpful, very very friendly and caring. They do their best to make you feel welcomed and comfortable, especially if yoga is new, to you. Mary Beth is very knowledgeable and her skill and will help answer any questions that you might have.

Incredible High-End experience! Pre-recorded routines with lovely music and soothing voice-over instruction. In-room instructor displays Postures, Sequences and Flows Performed in an upbeat mirrored room using advanced industrial heating with cold fog vapor which has disinfecting properties preventing mold, mildew or fungus unlike the other typical steam-based Hot Yoga rooms!

This was the worst class I have ever done in my life! This is the first time I was super angry after the yoga class. I am not good at yoga but I went to "few" classes. So:
1. room is ugly, every previous yoga studio I went to, exercise studio is aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
2. There were old metal heaters all over the place warming up the room...weird?
3. Teacher never said the word throughout the practice. I didn't pay $20 to come look at the "instructor" and see how flexible she is. She never moved around the room. Every other yoga studio I went to, teachers are leaders who introduce

Amazing experience. Loved it and can’t wait to do it again and again. Marybeth, is just a great person, she came up to me and told me I did great for a first-timer. The room was hot and humid when I first walked in, I wasn’t sure how I would get through it but I did. I never felt that the people there were judging me, I am not small and wearing the tight clothes messes with me. Will be attending more classes for sure and might try some of her other classes that she has available. Super excited.
