Worst customer service ever....I seriously don't know how they stay in business. When I have been in the store, employees are rude and clueless. The answer I get most frequently is..." I don't know"... They do not return phone calls. If you order a part, you have to pay in advance and it has been 2-3 months and I still don't have my part!! Never again will I use this place!

For great service, parts, bikes and accessories. Go talk to Jason, Shana and the guys. They are great people who take care of their customers. I have bought bikes, accessories and have had my bikes serviced with them since the early 2000's and I've NEVER had a problem with anything!!!
