Mark is a worst attorney. I don't think he has lawers degree or not. He doesn't work 4 u. Never been in the court. In the beginning his staff will say yes for everything & say the price is 2500 but when u start asking the case he gonna say ohh u owe me 5200 & i m like really.... For nothing.please never go to this attorney they r shuker of ur blood thwy don't care for ur problem they r just money money type people

In a child custody case. Drew up 2 court orders, one of which I never agreed to. The deposition was never scheduled with a judge, wasted my whole day. The ignorance and the under qualified people who work in his office is a disgrace. The Texas Bar should pull his license to practice law. He is the reason they call it “PRACTICING” Law. Yes Mark Lane you know who I am and I know you!!!! Thanks for nothing!!!!!

Because the case was still open till recently, I have not been able to post. In 2018 I hired Mark to represent me in a Modification case. He was impossible to get ahold of, never responsive, and did not follow my wishes. He actually signed court documents he was specifically instructed not to sign. Grievances were filed with the state board. It cost me $25,000 to correct his mistake and 2.5 years in court. DO NOT USE HIM!!

Excellent Attorney! As to the poor statements I have read, not everyone can be pleased. This attorney is brilliant, and very good at what he does. I hired this gentleman for a divorce case. He was fantastic! My father passed last January. I wish I had been thinking clearly at that time. (Had a family member with their hand out)I would have called him. However, all turned out well.

Office is extremely unhelpful and terrible at communication. Ultimately this office didn't represent any of my wishes or concern themselves with the best interest of my daughter. When asking why there was no progress or why everything is so impossible to accomplish; we were often told that they didn't know or were borderline insulted for asking questions. The opposing party went as far as to file orders because they were not returning contact to them or managing my case. The court demanded information as well. Very unprofessional and unethical. I won't recommend you use them. Currently
