Misleading lease. Difficult to get ahold of staff for maintenance requests - I still have open requests not replied to. Being charged late fees for things never charged on my account. Accounting has changed financial records/history to manipulate charges and dates paid. I am collecting screenshots of these changes. Still waiting for a response from rent Prov. Per neighbors, only way to contact group is to go in person. Very disappointed after highly praising this team.

I worked with Brendan Feeley and he was excellent. Within 2-3 weeks of viewing the apartment I was moved in. It went really smooth and he was responsive to any clarifying questions I had before and after moving. He was very laid back, there was zero pressure to close, but it was a good deal and the right apartment that I was looking for so I signed the lease. Very happy with the place and the process. Brendan Feeley at rent prov is an exceptional agent. He is quick to respond and very attentive to details. Brendan has helped me find multiple tenants for my properties in the providence area. Last month I was out of town and a Tennat was moving out on a Friday and a new Tennat was moving in on Saturday. I had no way to do a final walk though at the property to ensure everything was in order. Brendan offered to go buy the house on Friday night at 8 pm to ensure everything was right. ( I did not ask he offered). It is service like this that sets Brendan apart from other agents and why I have used

I found a house listed that I really liked and offered 80% over the rental price. My Rentprov application had to be accompanied by a $4002.00 payment. The owner went with someone else; I had to call THREE TIMES to ask for my money back; I left 2 messages asking someone at the company to acknowledge the decline and call me; they never did.

RentProv is the most unprofessional place I have ever encountered they are terrible. This guy Ryan never gets back to anyone I have left several messages constantly never get a call back even the secretary always says the same thing I will have him call you back!!!! Never hear from him! Thank God he never did!!! I guess it's a good thing he never called me back after seeing all these reviews!!!! Look for help somewhere else if looking for apartments they are very unprofessional and wouldn't recommend them to NO ONE!!!!!!!!!!!

Wish I could leave zero stars. Signed lease with 5 of my friends for an apartment on Oakland Ave that had a move in date of June 1st. Was told by realtor Ryan that our apartment was "move in" ready and that the apartment was cleaned. We showed up for our keys and uhauls ready to move in and the place was DISGUSTING! Nothing was cleaned even during a PANDEMIC. Something seemed sketchy about this place so we started looking around deeper and figured out the apartment was infested with cockroaches that they didn't tell us about. Our stove was broken, cockroach eggs in the dishwasher

So this review is from my experience in 2018. Ryan was very patient with me and my particularness I was extremely lucky my first round and scored an awesome place, long term resident moving out of her westside Victorian in May.
Sadly, I had to move and when I came back to PVD. Same professionalism and responsiveness, but rental agents have no control for availability. Providence is strongly affected by the student school year.
They are very clear as communication for showings and that's all you ask for, also if your in a Jamn and need to sublet they have the paperwork but only if your landlord

I'm so thankful for Shannon Elizabeth Norris's advice and advocacy during the recent sale of my house! I had already moved out of state and relied on her completely to manage the showing, sale, negotiation and closing process. It was a great decision to trust her--she is experienced, calm, strategic and really knows the market.

So sad that I let one of my employees try this place, only after she was so desperate that I gave her RentProv's number against my better judgement!She was moving from Baltimore and her experience was actually worse than mine. Poor girl. Don't use this place, they tell you what you want to hear whether it's true or not. She is stuck with a place she hates. The clean apt she was promised was not delivered. This group is gross. Don't use them.

I wish I read all the terrible reviews before signing a lease with this company. I've always dealt with Ryan and he's very kind and responsive, but on my latest apartment I had to deal with the listing agent Brian Weinstein.
When I got to my apartment with my movers, I realized there was a window missing in the bedroom of my FIRST FLOOR apartment. Just a big hole in the house. I called all my contacts at Rentprov and after an hour someone finally responded to me. I was panicking.
Brian showed up about an hour after that and was not apologetic at all. He brought over a garbage bag

Gregory Degnan was our agent who helped us find an apartment in Providence. He was very thorough and attentive to the most minor detail in all of our transactions. He was extremely professional, on time, prepared, and prompt. as an agent I found him extremely motivated. From the quality of his apartment photos to his videotaping a 360° virtual tour for all of his properties he consistently outperformed his peers during a relationship together. Do not give any money to this business, even a mere 25 dollar application fee. They required $500 turned in with your application to stop showing the apartment. If for some reason you aren't approved you should receive your $500 back. When I went to cash the check of the refund I paid cash for the day before nobody signed the check. They say nobody will be there till Monday to sign the check. This place needs to get their act together or save everyone else the trouble and close.

Despite all the bad reviews written about this company, my experience could not have been more different. I had the pleasure of working with Ryan LeMay, who was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He replied to all my texts and calls in a very prompt manner. I applied for my apartment in Federal Hill the day Ryan showed it to me and within 24 hours, I was approved. It was a very fast and painless process and Ryan was very helpful every step of the way. Can't wait to move into my apartment in January! Thanks!!

Shannon Elizabeth Norris from RentProv realty is great real estate professional and real estate rental agent. I listed several apartments I own with her. She met with me and suggested how I could increase rental value. Her recommendations were insightful and very helpful.
Shannon got me more rent than I expected. She was very diligent running credit of prospective tenants, running a criminal background check and giving me her personal insights about the prospects. In the end, I got really good group of tenants.

My experience with Jeff and RentProv Realty was pretty great. As a new transplant to Providence I had no idea where to begin regarding apartment hunting. After a couple Craigslist failures, I found Jeff's post and called to make an appointment. After our very first meeting I was already signing on the dotted line. Jeff showed me a place I really liked in a neighborhood I know I'm going to enjoy.
