The original delivery was about 2 weeks late and I was given 1 days notice. I was in Germany at the time so there was no way to accept the furniture set. My furniture was then taken to Florida, and sat there for about 6 weeks. After calling them nonstop, I was told that the shipment would arrive within a two day period. I cleared my schedule and on the day of they call me saying to expect a weekend delivery at 8 pm...
The customer service was absolutely useless, there was no sense of them trying to work with me. Very frustrating

I'm doing business with this company for the last three years. They are amazing! From customer service to delivery personal. What is more important is personal approach to every delivery. Had neve heard any complaints form my customers. Michael and Andrey are very friendly and and supportive individuals. I would be happy to recommend Sadko Trans to everyone. Thank you, guys!

They were communicable, punctual, and professional.
If you are nervous about moving as I was (especially in regards to moving company) look no more and hire Sadko. Michael was amazing. From introducing the company to me until delivery. Highly recommend this company.

I moved from NYC to FL and picked Sadko. Everything they promised was accurate. They picked up on time (movers were extremely nice) and updated me on the delivery date. I was very nervous picking a moving company and happy I picked Sadko. Michael the manager was helpful and always answered the phone regarding any question or concern. Bottom line - I really recommend them for your moving services.

I was referred to Sadko by a fellow co-worker. They gave me a reasonable quote and based on my co-worker's excellent review I selected Sadko. They moved my furniture and belongings from a 2 bedroom apartment to a house. I commend the workers for their strength and efficiency in accomplishing the task. Overall, I was extremely pleased and happy and highly recommend their services.

I would never ever hire these guys again, only reason I didn't go with another company is due to date of availability. Price is great, George is quick to respond.
The movers were (well one guy) was awful, he was rude, and made me feel very very uncomfortable, and as a single female....I felt so uncomfortable around him alone that I called a male friend to keep an eye out.
The movers never once smiled, ruined my furniture, and took forever! They moved one box (or one item ei lamp) at a time....painful to watch!!

Very professional and good price for movers. The guys showed up early and worked for 8 hours straight with one 10 minute break in between from carrying furniture up the stairs. Great staff, and overall company! Hired them to move twice now, and will definitely hire them again the next time around!
