Ran into some aggressive dumpsters in an alley in Chicago when another driver, heading in opposite direction as I was, wanted more space than was available to either of us. My front bumper took a hit. Ken’s service was great! Took my car to him Monday 0800 and it was finished Wed afternoon…complete with a car wash! I highly recommend this biz! His “gal Friday, Bethany, is a gem, too.

I called in set an appointment for a coolant leak and the shop worker who I spoke to was very very very rude and short. He was very uninterested in helping me as a costumer so I called and menasha valley muffler. They were sooooooo much better and helped fix my van that day. I will never ever even go back to this neenaha location for gas.

I stopped late on a Friday afternoon to get an estimate to repair a scratch on my new car. After some examination the estimator asked if I had time to wait as he thought it could be buffed out. Twenty minutes later he was done and it looked fabulous! Thank you for the quality repair and the extraordinary service.

Great business. My atv trailer blew a tire and was falling off the rim, their tow truck stopped and helped me, told me to go down the road here. The employees there were very nice, came out to help me look at it. Then switched the tired and fixed it up for super cheap and did it right away so I was still able to get out riding and didn't lose the day.
