I have been going from Phoenix to LA for years for my glasses. Always wanted something "different", something "funky, yet classy". NO NEED FOR CALI ANYMORE!! My wife and I were on the hunt for new glasses 2 weeks ago and from a google search ended up at Sassy Glasses. It was such a blessing. As I was looking at frames, the owner of the store came in and helped us with the sometimes difficult choice of picking just the right frame. Jessica was beyond professional when helping us. I am a previous customer of Sassy Glasses and today stopped by with a pair of my father's glasses (gotten elsewhere), which he stretched out and bent out of shape. The staff took the time to fix them properly, which included replacing two washers. After working on them for 20 minutes, the returned them to me fixed without a charge. Their kindness made my day.

Excellent selection of stylish glasses with knowledgeable employees. The issue here is no one is wearing masks as the Covid virus is surging. I have been in twice (once to order and once to pickup glasses) and have felt incredibly surprised and uncomfortable with the brazen approach to a global pandemic.
The employee I worked with did offer to put a mask on "if it makes you more comfortable" but meanwhile a half dozen other employees and customers are walking around you. That does not help.

I was very excited to purchase new glasses at Sassy Glasses. When I entered I noticed that no one was wearing a mask - neither staff nor customers. I mentioned it to the sales person who said, standing near me, that she would wear one if it made me feel better. Not the issue! Too many people - too much risk! So I left and went to two other shops - both (1) required masks for entry, (2) had staff wearing gloves, (3) isolated frames touched for cleaning before returning the into stock, (4) and cleaned surfaces regularly. One even took my temperature. I ended up purchasing frames and lenses

So I just happened to stop by this place looking to see if they might be able to fix my glasses, which I've owned for far too long, and without question took them and had them fixed within minutes. I asked how much, and they said no worries. Thank you! Great service all around. And not to mention, as the name might sound misleading, they have a great selection of men's wear too. Even offering a selection of frames to minimize the thickness of your lenses, which for people as myself with horrible vision is awesome! Will definitely be looking here for a new pair.

In response to my review, Dan L "Business Manager" finds it "interesting that I felt the need to write a bad review after receiving excellent service for 8 Years" I returned back because I liked the selection of frames, the service I've received has been adequate, not excellent. Dan L also said that he has "always appreciated our business". It is a strange way to show appreciation by insulting a customer who has spent many thousands of dollars in his store over the past 8 years. I was recently prescribed glasses for the first time in my life. I was scared and HATED every single pair that I tried on at the opticians office. I decided to stop in here because it is so close to where I live, just too see what they had. The owner, who helped me. Was very understanding and not pushy at all, she was willing to work with whatever constraints I threw at her. The best part was that she was able to suggest styles and colours that would compliment my face. I have never liked the way glasses looked on me until I went here. As others have written, I too went to at least four optical shops looking for fun frames. THIS IS THE PLACE. It seemed far coming from No. Glendale but it really wasn't and it's so worth it

Tony was a delight to work with! He tried very hard to offer several that might fill the bill. It was hard to settle on only one pair. I'd buy six more if I could. The colors and styles are fabulous. BTW, they do have many frames to choose from that are more conservative, don't get me wrong.
Prices are very reasonable and my glasses are quality.

I've been meaning to stop here for years, made the stop today. I'm so happy I did, I found some distinctive rimless eyeglasses in electric blue frames. My optician was helpful and didn't do the non stop up-sell. The store takes FSA cards but no insurance so if you have insurance you have to file the paperwork yourself.
What stands out about my frames? Their interchangeable with numerous colors available and light as a feather. Even lighter than titanium. Now we're talking styling! Great fun no nonsense experience. Thanks Sassy!
