The Village Eye Works

The Village Eye Works was highly recommended to me by friends in the optical business and I must say that the kind and extensive service I received there vastly exceeded the glowing praises of my friends.
I stopped in both locations multiple times, meeting both Steph and Bob. They are both incredibly helpful and patient. I know that I spent a great deal of time choosing frames and discussing options. This went on over multiple visits and I'm sure they both remember me as a very demanding customer. I also made significant changes to the order twice, after lenses had been already made. Bob and Stephanie are always helpful with demanding needs. I've knocked, scratched, and busted up a few pairs of glasses and they have taken great care of me. When my glasses start to hurt my ears or nose, they adjust them perfectly. Thank you!
Parking is easy and close to a Cartel coffee if you are need or have to wait.

If zero stars was an option that's what I would give. Do yourself and visit one of the other eyewear shops in Phoenix.

Truly an incredible atmosphere. The Village Eye Works is by far the best eyewear store I have been to. I have been to a few, as I like to get glasses once a year - and the people treat you like you matter. They have an incredible section and provide you with only the best lens options along with great branded frames.

Superb rotating designer collection for the discriminating customer. Great customer service. I've been a client for 14 yrs and purchased at least 8 new frames. Every experience keeps me coming back.

Great Customer Service! Ordered glasses on Saturday and received them the following Tuesday. Slightly higher than other places but extremely efficient.

Ripoff Artists!! Paid $2100 up front (even though their policy is 50% but they didn't tell me that) And after 5mos with weekly visits & poor adjustments, still no glasses. If I could give 5 negative stars, I would...😔

Looked at many frames in Scottsdale/Phoenix area. They had exactly what I was looking for. Very helpful staff and a great atmosphere to shop in.

What a fantastic find! I was blown away by the customer service, the high end selection of frames and the speed at which they completed my glasses in. When I put my new glasses on, my reaction was "holy c*%p". This is by far the best pair of glasses I have ever owned in 40 plus years of wearing them. I bought the MYKITA frames and while not cheap, are well worth the investment. Do yourself a favor and visit the Village Eye Works.
