Reposting a review on this business. They were hired for a repair and the machine was never fixed properly.
I was referred to Appliance Recuse & Repair by ServiceMagic.com and he we were very disappointed by his repair. I have used Service Magic's referrals for 5 years without a problem, until now. This is a home-based handyman that should be avoided. We needed our washer fixed immediately and he made an appointment with us on Friday 12/14. Not only did he forget the appointment, when I told him I would not be able to reschedule he failed to bring the correct part to repair the machine
