Utilizing K & M Appliance was a great experience for us. I originally placed a request on Facebook for someone in the area who could help with either a new LG dryer or potentially a dryer vent issue. These folks are not authorized to repair Viking appliances, although they said over the phone that they were. They are epic scammers--do not use them. My fault for not digging deeper. After initial scheduling issues, someone came by and identified 'the problem', which they said would take 3 parts to repair, and $579. When the guy came to do the repair, he wired one of the items backwards, which blew out the control panel. He then said 'that happens sometimes when you get a new part in', which is of course a total lie. Bottom line, when I demanded that K&M pay for the damage they caused, they refused

Zack came to repair my dishwasher and ice maker. Quickly said ice maker had some frozen bits in the bottom, took a piece out, and said it's fixed. That did not fix it. The dishwasher wasn't getting the top rack clean and after pulling the dishwasher out, putting it in the breakfast room and putting in a part, $159 later, said the office would call me to schedule AND give me a price to reinstall it. To this day, no one has called to reinstall. He was nice, but my gut was telling me he didn't know what he was doing. I was very happy with K&M Appliance and their service. The kind lady who took my call and scheduled my service made sure all issues, charges and service was taken care of properly before the technician came out. I was made aware that service could change based on the necessity of the equipment. There was no surprises to my experience and my very own understanding to the entire process.
