Dr. Daniel Alexander is the founder of Finger Lakes Bone and Joint and Open MRI of the Finger Lakes. Dr. Alexander sold the practice and the Open MRI to Rochester Regional Health in 2016. Born and raised in Buffalo and a former Lieutenant in the Buffalo Fire Department, Dr. Alexander received his medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Dr Alexander is Fantastic. The entire staff at the office and in surgery were amazing!!! They had me back up to 100 percent 3 weeks after knee surgery. I totally recommend Dr. Alexander.

Dr Alexander did a great job repairing my broken hip with a tiny incision! He and his team are very pleasant and great to work with. My after-surgery visit went smooth as silk and everyone was super helpful and patient with me.

Absolutely amazing! As a son of Surgeon my father told me before he passed in 2015 to wait as long as you can before getting a knee replacement, that was until Dr Alexander announced he uses robotic technology. I knew at that point I was ready to take the next step knowing I had a great doctor with the best technology to give me back my motion without the crippling pain. Thank you. Dr. Alexander, as my father would say with his Scottish brogue…You done good.

The office price gouges, three different interns came in to see my daughters knee, and the receptionists were impolite and rather snooty. its no wonder ive heard people warn against this office.
