I was having knee pain and went to a different Ortho surgeon in Geneva. He did a knee scope and I still had pain. After several months of no improvement, I saw Dr. Alexander. I told him the situation, he had me walk across the exam room and said It's not your knee, it's your hip. An x-ray confirmed my hip was in bad shape.

Fractures happened when more forces applied to the bone than the bone can absorb. Bones are weakest when they are twisted. Breaks and bones can take place from falls, drama, or as a result of a direct blow or kick to the body. Symptoms include: pain, swelling, deformity, warmth or bruising in the injured area.

Just came from trying to see Dr. Cywinski what a joke. I have very long legs and a bad back so I can not sit in the chairs there. I was standing waiting to see him and there letting patients in who just came in while I'm standing there in excruciating pain. Unbelievable, I wish they would feel the pain I feel. Giving them one star is being generous

I was able to get an appointment very quickly, x-rays on site and offered several options besides surgery on my hip.
Tried injection and got some short-lived relief. Once decision was made for surgery, it was scheduled within a month.
Office staff are professional and organized! I traveled 100 miles each way to see Team Alexander and would return if I need surgery in the future.
I’m 2 weeks post-op and pain free. Was in less pain immediately after the surgery than I had been in the 2 years prior to surgery!

Dr. Christopher Brown and his surgical team repaired a torn pectoral tendon. They were able to place a nerve block around the surgical sight minimizing the post-surgical pain. This allowed for very effective pain management without the use of opioid pain medication. There was also detailed communication between Dr. Brown and my physical therapists. This collaboration helped me progress on schedule to meet my rehabilitation targets and physical goals. Tier one care from start to finish.

I wish I had read the reviews before I scheduled an appointment.
1. Like may others I waited 30 minutes past my first scheduled appointment.
2. Required a second appointment to find out mri results. At which appointment I waited 40 minutes past scheduled appointment. Spent 15 minutes in the exam room and was told I was all set without ever seeing anyone. Dr Alexander left without even seeing me. My insurance and I were still charged for the appointment.
Nursing and office staff were apologetic and gave me my results.

Crowded, noisy waiting room. still waiting an hour after my appointment was scheduled, I asked how much longer it might be and was told there were eight people yet ahead of me. how do you justify scheduling so many more people than you are able to see? office staff were very nice, however.

I’ve visited this office twice now, both times the receptionist ignored me for nearly two minutes before even looking up from their computer screen- they might be busy, but to ignore a real person like that without even greeting them or acknowledging their presence is very rude in my opinion, and unfortunately, my poor experience with this office didn’t stop there. On my first visit, they actually pulled up the wrong patient’s charts- (same name, but a completely different person.). The physician’s assistant I saw, didn’t catch that error either. They couldn’t figure out why they couldn’t

If you're experiencing chronic joint pain, then this is the medical facility you want to be treated at. Why? Simply because the doctors care about you as a patient. They treat you like a patient and not a burden. I tore my ACL last year playing college football. They've done tremendous work and I have hope of returning to my top form.

Dr. Alexander has exceeded our expectations with his professional and prompt analysis on our son’s chronic knee pain. The treatment that is currently being provided has been especially helpful. There has been noticeable results already. His condition has drastically improved in just 3 weeks! Thank you Dr.!

Receptionists and nurses were fine. The person that spent the most time with me was honestly the x-ray technician. The doctor asked me about my history regarding my condition, interrupted me with a wildly generalizing non-medical opinion, then didn't even revisit the rest of (and most recent and medically pertinent) the conversation. He prescribed me medication without even knowing or asking what meds I'm currently taking and when he asked if I had any questions, and I did, didn't even answer them.
I'd never recommend anyone go here, and I'm also 99.9% certain my age played into how I was treated

My doctor was good but the process itself is very frustrating. A few receptionist there were very condescending and treated me with no respect. They overbook appointments. After surgery they sent me home without pain medication and when I did eventually get the prescription I was under prescribed. Then I was forced to make another appointment to get any more pain medication, insane. They also charge you money to have any medical papers faxed and say it will take up to two weeks, which I find unreasonable considering you are usually out of work. There's always issues with the phone and if you do
