Services
We use state-of-the-art equipment that includes a video otoscopy. A video otoscope is a tiny camera that we use to look deep inside your ear canal. We are looking to see if there is a blockage of wax or other debris. Ensuring we can see your eardrum clearly. We are looking to ensure it all is normal and we have a clear pathway for sound to get to a healthy eardrum.

I am so glad I was referred to Heartfelt Hearing. Lisa was wonderful in answering my questions, thoroughly testing my hearing, and helping chose the right hearing aids for my needs. I went here and bought $4000 dollars for hearing aids and after I got them she would not service them she told me her son told her its against the law to see me because of covid 19 but she did not want to travel 1 hour to her office. I checked with other hearing aid places and they did by appointment only. I had to send them back to the manufacture and I am sitting here with no money or hearing aids. So much for a caring person. Shame on you Lesa. Do your self a favor and look some where better like anywhere.

Heartfelt Hearing is just like their name "Heartfelt." They really care for you and your hearing needs. They know the equipment and can service them. They treat you with respect and do not pressure you. They give you options depending on your needs so you can make an informed decision. My husband and most men of 85 years, can be difficult to deal with but even he was comfortable with Lisa and Derek.
