This place is awesome! Friendly staff and very accommodating. Called up about a liftgate switch issue. Before I knew it they were done and replaced the switch. Same day call and repair. The cost was reasonable and again quick service. Will use them again if needed. Thank you Jasmine, you’re a sweetheart!

These people tried to charge me $270 for an oil change and routine maintenance. extremely dissatisfied

Warning!!! ... I was charged 738.00 only for a diagnostic. I was told after my truck was in their shop for 5 hours and they couldn't fix my DEF problem, that they charge by the hour for a diagnostic test. Well, I only thank God that they didn't go on any longer with their "diagnostic test ".

I have used their service in the past where they charged my Rv hauler AC and replaced my cracked windshield during a walk-in and I want yo give a Special Kudos to Fred Cabreros who researched the location of how I could locate my oil pressure sensor, he printed me the engine skematics that showed me what I was looking for and more. Aldo that's to Kristen and Janet who was very helpful and polite with assistance if a road tech is ever needed. Glad I stopped by there today.

I took my truck to Master Fleet Services for AC work and was not sastified with the service. I explained to them my AC works perfect under 90 degrees, the minute the temp goes above 90 degrees the AC blows warm air. They told me they'll run some test to see what's going on and let me know. I said cool. I called them later that evening cuz I hadn't heard anything from them and they told me the tech just brought my paperwork in and they said it was low on Freon and they topped it off and now it was blowing at 58 degrees thru the vents and I owe $344. I came to pick up the truck and paid them there

I am out from out of town and was unsure where to take my Duramax for some engine work. I inquired about the services offered VIA email and was surprised to recieve an almost immediate response, stating that Master Fleet would be able to help me. This set the tone for the entire experience. While my truck was there, I was given regular updates, and once the repairs were complete, the owner took the time to explain everything that was done and what could possibly be done in the future, if my issue resurfaced.
