I had Kory and his team come out on Friday 1/21/22 to do a detail on my 2012 Mercedes Wagon. I use this car primarily to transport my dogs, and they are big shedders.
This car needed lots of TLC and HOLY COW these guys are amazing, they got out nearly 100% of the dog hair, and detailed it so beautifully inside and out.
They showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, were polite, did not make a mess, very professional. I'm a former customer and they continue to do outstanding work. Thank you!

I have been using the services of Second 2 None for years and I am never disappointed, and always very happy and pleased with the quality of their service and communication. On this appointment, I had them detail two vehicles, one large SUV and one medium SUV. The medium SUV had some damage from making (repeatedly) contact with a rubber seal around a too tight garage entry. I thought it was only something a body-shop could handle, but the Second 2 None teams were able to get it removed and it is completely restored like new. They are a great value and really appreciate a tip on the way out

I got my whole vehicle detailed this morning from home. I got interior and exterior. Three gentlemen arrived super early on a Saturday morning very punctual. They got to work and needless to say three hours later; with the works of Cristofer, Eddie, and Oscar my car looks spotless and brand new again. They deep cleaned and deep condition my leather a much needed TLC. They were very reasonable with pricing and professional. I would bring them back over again to have them clean my car. The process was super easy and pleasant. Thank you guys!

A piece of road debris flew at my car while it was raining late 2021 and scuffed up the front right side of my 2021 Tesla Model 3. Spoke to Steven and scheduled an exterior detail with machine polish. A week later Kory and his team showed up and did a phenomenal job making sure the car was back to its original state looking brand new. I look forward to working with them again for detail maintenance.

Just had my car detailed by Cristofer, Oscar, and Eddie and they did a great job. Car looks amazing and they clearly took their time which I appreciated. I only talked to Cristofer and he was very polite. Would definitely use these guys again on account of their work and Cristofer's customer service.

Every time the techs would arrive very late. I had to reach out to see what was going on when they did not arrive at the scheduled time (same experience as many others). On one event the engine bay detail was forgotten but was resolved later on when they came back to detail another car. The last detail I found that a tech had broken off a piece of my interior panel.

I couldn't have been happier with the job Cristofer, Eddie, and Amy did with my Mustang Mach E. They were very communicative when they would arrive and took the time to explain what they were going to do. Once they were done my car looked like it was brand new. I'm definitely going to be using them again for both of our cars now.

Kory and his team made my car look like new! I didn't even know my car could look like that again. You'd never know I had a large dog that goes with me everywhere. Not to mention years of trips without a deep clean/detail.

Totally botched a paint repair by forgetting to shake the factory paint before applying. Initially they told me that the dealership had given me the wrong paint color, so I went to the dealership and they were horrified that whoever applied the paint didn't know that you have to strongly agitate the metallic-flake plaint before applying.
Owner never took any responsibility, never communicated anything resembling an apology, and told me "you're the one who's being unreasonable" for wanting a refund. So I sent him the money back and told him to keep it if it was so important

If you need very easy detailing like cleaning up dry cereal/fries from your car than this is the place for you. I would like to applaud their work on my headlights because they restored their shine and visibility and the exterior turned out great.
BUT, if you need something greater like cleaning up a soda/coffee spill I'd say look elsewhere because they wouldn't be able to clean it correctly and they might oversoak your carpet trying to clean it up in the process. Originally, the only area that had moisture (due to the coffee spill) was

2.5 stars rounded up- due to convenience and a friendly/responsive owner. Scheduling was easy via the website, owner was available to answer all questions via Yelp messaging. I paid $240 including tip for a custom detail of my SUV. Definitely necessary after a recent weekend overlanding trip.
