Excellent service, booked our cruise to Hawaii at a great price and gave us great recommendations for things to do. They were very accommodating especially during COVID. They were flexible and allowed us to move around our vacation dates, and seemed genuinely happy to do so. The staff was very helpful and recommended offshore excursions that are cheaper than if we booked it through the cruise line.

They help booked my family cruise trip. Expected them to verify before actually placing a charge on my credit card. The cruise trip ended being booked in the wrong destination and was too late to cancel without getting a penalty. We had to eat the steep penalty because of this agency's booking error!

I called in inquire hotel and air, the woman answer the phone ( I think her name was Brenda) was very rude and unprofessional.
My friend already told me this was what to expect.
They really wasted money to advertise, got people phone in but drop the ball at the door.
Of course, one person will tell 5 other people about their bad customer service.

My family and some friends were searching for an all-inclusive tour package to Asian last year, because we have a one-year-old baby travelling with us, lots of tour companies we have talked to were not willing to offer any flexibility or even refuse infants join their tours. Luckily we found Sonic Tours and their owner Jenny who is very nice and warm. She customized a 11-day tour to Taiwan just for us. We stayed in 5-star hotels throughout the whole trip and all meals and transportation were included.. She was so caring she even arranged baby crib, bottle warmer, and baby bath tub in our hotel

Do not book with this travel agency if you do not want to be lied to and coerced into a package that you don't want. Our agent, Cathy Tien, repeatedly says "Tomorrow" and then the next day, "Tomorrow", and then the next day "Tomorrow. We heard this -- with ludicrous reasons of the time difference and the booking manager is out of the office and she didn't know what we wanted and blah blah blah -- for two weeks after we've lost our original hotel that we wanted. She wants us to settle for less because she wasn't able to confirm anything for us.
