Sundial pool was the 4 th pool company I met with before before making a decision. Our project with Sundial was pool, spa,fire pit and pavers. Shawn and his team were great to work with during the planing and building phase. We were able to communicate by phone, text, email as well as in person if needed. Shawn was present during each phase and answered questions as well as suggestions. Our pool was built during Covid 2021 and we were prepared for possible delays. Our project started in Feb and we had water in the pool by Mother’s Day. Prior to my drainage and landscaping being completed, we

Sundial pools was an awful company to work with. I wouldn’t even call them a company. They would barely respond to any emails or phone calls. Their professionalism was nonexistent. Do NOT even reach out. It’s not worth the stress and frustration

If I could give them negative stars I would. BEWARE. Horrible experience with zero communication. Our pool was left unfinished for almost a year. It was a swamp and Shawn was a nightmare to deal with. Constantly lying about when they were coming to do the work with one excuse after another when he didn't show to do what was scheduled. And the list just goes on and on.. If you check the positive reviews you will see they are mostly his employees, friends and or family members.
