Management is not keeping up with maintenance. He was asked several times over months to get the shower stalls walls cleaned from mold and dirt and hair and insects but refused. He just offered excuses like he would call the cleaning company and he told one neighbor that he was getting a new cleaning company but did not. Manager lied about calling my voicemail saying it was full when it was actually empty. Manager has openly argued out in the open with several residents about cleaning in the laundry room and other maintenance. I was told by a resident that he hits on her and she doesn't like

Great shower! Not super hot but the water pressure was swell. The Electric and water seem really close together when your standing in a rain puddle. But as a whole it met all of our needs for a nightly stop when our headlight went out on the 101. Online check-in was a dream honestly. So few parks have made the effort to modernize. We were impressed with the text including codes to the amenities. Beware one can wash to your hearts content on a credit card but to dry one must have quarters. For this we had to give the single star deduction. Otherwise...this is a great spot!

Don't bother, they change your reservation the last minute by email, not a phone call. When you call you get a circular phone tree. When there is someone there once a week, they are rude, and very self important.
I used to like staying here but never again, there are several other rv parks in the area and all are much better.

Was so looking forward to our stay in Bandon. But couldn’t get out of there fast enough. We were crammed in a space next to two very old, dirt permanent trailers. The park was not well maintained. It was hard to sit outside and be comfortable. The only thing that was nice was the laundry facility. We will never stay there again.

This place was great! They have got the best checkin procedures of all the parks we have gone to so far. All parks should implement, there simple, to the point, informative check in. The park is small, simple, nothing fancy. Spaces were small too, but still a great park. Laundry is clean with up-to-date washers and dryers. I diffinetly would come back.

What a secret little gem in town. If you're not staying in an RV they have a dozen or so nicely renovated hotel style rooms.
They do fun little touches like have fresh coffee and a gravity filter way to make it. Or they leave you little chocolates and energy bars. It looks like they've taken some local pieces of driftwood or other fun local artifacts to customize the rooms and make them feel super comfortable. My bathroom had modern everything and the bed was super comfortable.
I would definitely stay here again if I was in town.

We were supposed to have a 30 amp back in full hook up for $62.62. The electrical hookup was broken and covered with tape. There was no one in the office to talk to. The bathroom had a shower but the metal holder for the shower head was broken and I cut my left forefinger bad enough to wear a bandaid the rest of our weeklong vacation. There were also no paper towels in the bathroom dispenser. They are right on the highway and very noisy. The permanent residents go through the garbage looking for cans

I love Bandon RV park! Location alone this place is a great spot for a few nights or even longer. I stayed a month and very much enjoyed it. The coast this time of year can have some serious rain so it was nice to be on their gravel vs sinking in mud or grassy area. Wilson’s market is a quick walk around the corner that has smoked meats and great hard cider selection! Must try! Their laundromat was under renovation during my stay but the local laundromat is less than 1/2 mile away. Also if you’re in a pinch, Sammies across the street did a few large loads of laundry for us in only 2 hours.

Enjoyed my stay, nice that my chech in was automated by e mail . Number 12 spot was a little difficult to back into, spaces are narrow got to watch for other peoples slides and posts sticking up, with the help of a young man who guided me into my slot, i made the blind side parking. Had a great time in old town bandon and fish and chips at the Farmers Market fish house the fudge factory was great too.

Have stayed here for 2 one-month visits to Bandon. Generally the park is well-kept, and the hosts are nice (although the ownership changed just at the tail-end of my last visit, so I don't know how they are now). The services are minimal, but adequate. The spaces are mostly gravel, but level. Biggest reason I stayed here twice was the location - it's definitely walking distance to downtown Bandon, the jetty, and the ocean. You can also walk to the grocery store and most of the restaurants. There is almost no greenery, and it is right along hwy 101, so it gets noisy when the logging trucks come

We appreciate the exceedingly well managed site that is tidy and quiet. It is walking distance to historic Bandon downtown. The showers are very clean and dogs are welcome. The spaces are tight, but it was all we needed for one night. There was one RV that had a confederate flag prominently displayed on its front window which was, sadly, unnerving and gives a rude vibe. Recommended if looking for a place close to town and are not turned off by the confederate flag. The young lady at the desk is very polite and welcoming. This place deserves "5 Stars" if not for the confederate flag.

Great little hometown RV park! Accomodations available for both long and short stays, pet friendly, and the manager is very kind. As full-time RVers, we really enjoy friendly staff and neighbors. We met some of the locals here and I love it! Spaces are a bit narrow for the most part, but since we only have a single slide we are okay. Very well maintained with clean, coded, bathrooms and coin-operated laundry. We will definitely be back! Thank you for hosting us, Bandon RV Park! ❤

We stayed 4 nights. The office staff Shirley was very friendly and gave us information on everything we needed to know about Bandon and the old town of Bandon John showed us to our site and made sure everything was ok also very friendly and helpful. All gravel sites. Very clean. With full hook ups and cable. Clean laundry room. The sites are a little close. But not a big deal. What else could a camper ask for.

Old RV resort. Hosts very nice. No room for newer than 15 year old RV and no place for slides. Right on super busy highway. Would not stay here again.

The spaces are tight. All sites are back-in. I was able to open my slides on both sides of my rig, and the party next to me had sides also, needless to say there was a tight space to walk between. My rig was about 2 feet from the rig behind me. Great host and very accommodating. Nice park. Having been here I would stay again without hesitation.

We had reservations here, but the sites were so narrow, we would not be able to open the slides. It was in a convenient location, and the host was very understanding when we told him that we needed to cancel our reservation.
