We're pet friendly! Free WiFi too! Our generously-sized, full hook-up RV sites feature leafy trees and a picnic table at every site. You'll find friends in this quiet, neighborly village within the park.
Services
Your beautiful new home in Alder Acres is tailor-made for an active 55+ person like you. Smooth, tree-lined streets grace the well-organized layout of this lovely manufactured home park. The community is just minutes from downtown, festivals, beaches, shopping, and healthcare. Affordable lot rents includes access to most of the park's amenities.
Lushly landscaped, our 88 generously-sized back-in and pull-thru spaces are 28' x 60' - large enough for practically any RV! Conveniently-located near US 101, Alder Acres RV Park offers affordable rents, full hook-ups, level paved pads, and a picnic table at every site. Bring your family, bring your pets.
From dramatic shores with massive sand dunes and spectacular sunsets to a region full of museums, golf, and bird watching, Coos Bay offers the ideal environment for adventure. Perched on craggy sandstone cliffs high above the ocean, you'll encounter formal gardens and a view of a secluded ocean cove, as well as rugged seascapes, furious storm waves, and migrating whales from December through June.
We have three fenced pet yards and a walking path around the storage yard that we encourage people to use. We permit up to two pets per site. All pets must be leashed with no more than six foot max leashes and be attended at all times while outside. How many cars can I have at my site? That depends on the site and varies from one to three.
Alder Acres is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines guidelines for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities.

We were just using the dump station. As of 8/26/21 you could dump and fill with fresh water for $5.00, a bargain. Convenient and easy entry and exit.

Clean, well organized campground with nice pull through full hookups. I really appreciated the kind and welcoming staff member I met upon arrival! The dog parks were really nice, too, which was a great bonus for my doggies! Thank you for a beautiful site and a great visit!

Ryan came in after hours and was able to get us a spot after Mills Casino just sold one out from underneath us, and answered some questions about the local sights.

Had to dump motor home tank... Very cheap.. it cost us $5.00. Alder Acres I find out has 3 different parks. They have a 55+ park. They have a family park and a campground park. They have restrooms and on site maintenance. There is something for everyone.

I haven't been for many years to this rv park. But my experience then was amazing. This family that owned it had kids, they had lived in an old school and I just absolutely miss these traveling days.... This park if owned by those same owners is a wonderful place to experience an adventure. If not I sure wish you success and hope to be through another day soon! P.S. I've thought of you all my life since this experience many years ago with my grandparents.....

We stayed for a week and found it to be very convenient to the area and a nice clean park. Sites are asphalt with gravel between so no grass but sure kept my RV clean. Easy in and out, quiet with nice laundry facilities. Did not use showers etc

The park is average, but has very nice bathrooms and great areas for your dogs, and they can be off leash in a safe, grassy area. The staff is very nice and helpful. My only complaint is they do not offer cable. I'd stay there longer if they did.
