Block Multifamily Group is an outstanding property management team that has invested in people who are passionate about proving the area’s BEST apartment living experience. They have helped rehab multiple complexes from neglect and have turned them into thriving and happy communities. Additionally, they have led development in the area’s best luxury apartment developments with high end finishes and incredible amenities! Highly recommend.

The manager here at chapel ridge of conway Shavon is rude and not attentive the residents at all... She let kids roam the front office and the Property is in horrible conditions...she never has work orders complete...im embarrassed...the older comany before this company took over was way better....

Applied at The Settlement apartments in Kyle, Tx. Didn't get approved and have not been able to get my 450.00 REFUNDABLE deposit back. Which by the way, no one ever mentioned there was a long process to get your own money back. Still no one at the office can even tell me if the check has been processed. Says corporate hasn't responded. WELL CORPORATE WHERES MY DEPOSIT???

It is with said news that the Wonder KC will not longer be managed by The Bloch Multifamily Group starting May 1st. The current staff, Nate, Allyson, Alex have made this place not only feel like home but made the property feel like an actual Community and Family. They've done a EXCELLENT Job taking care of the residence for almost a year.

Also note the 2 5 star reviews are from employees of block who I've had to deal with due to issues I've had here.... nice try though guys. Horrible property management company. I've had multiple maintenance request open over 2 years.... wont be renewing my lease with these greedy crooks. Stick to lindsey management, they will screw you just as bad but they wont pretend like they are something they aren't, much much much cheaper too.

Wonderful local property management company. They have a great team and the most amazing employees who are extremely hard working and strive to perform their very best! I would recommend this company for anyone looking to manage their apartments. They do an excellent job all around and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them!

They never answer their phones. Left several messages with my phone number and email address, and never got a response back. Had a few issues with The Settlement Apartments that they manage, and they never tried to reach out and help me get my issues resolved!
Will NEVER rent an apartment ever again under them!
