I suffer from several disabilities that have limited my ability to work. Knowing how confusing and frustrating Social Security can be, I contacted the Law Office of Craig Fahey in May 2021. My understanding of the disability application and review process was that Social Security was notoriously slow and that it could take up to two to three years for approval. I had anticipated an initial denial and lengthy appeals.
Craig Fahey and his paralegal Martha Guevara assured me that my case would be monitored closely and that I would be regularly updated. They encouraged me to focus on my health and

Martha is my new favorite person! I had a meltdown yesterday due to a weird random message from SSD in which they denied my claim for “non-medical” reasons. Eight days after I placed my application in the dropbox in their lobby!
Martha talked me off the ledge, had me take a few deep breaths, and told me everything would be okay. She asked questions and really listened to my answers. Then she explained exactly what I needed to do to get answers from SSD. She told me who to call, what to say to them, what questions to ask, and how to keep a record of my interactions with them. I wrote down everything

I had applied for Social Security Disability and had been initially turned down. Mr. Fahey took my case and spent an inordinate amount going over my case, advising me on what to expect and so on. Today I had a hearing before a Judge in Moreno Valley. Mr. Fahey had warned me that this judge could be very strict and difficult and that I needed to be prepared. Since we were obviously prepared the hearing went very smoothly. The Judge ruled in my favor and awarded me SSDI from the original date Mr. Fahey supplied. I wish to thank Mr. Fahey for his efforts on my behalf. I know he worked tirelessly as
