Judy Banker is a partner at BSG, formerly known as Boston Search Group. Our boutique, retained firm was founded in 1997 and is focused on recruiting builder-leaders for growth sector companies. With over 30 years' expertise in identifying and assessing Human Resources leaders, Judy Banker joins BSG with a long history of success across all company sizes, industries, and search specialties.
He was raised in the New York area and attended M.I.T. and Harvard Business School. He then spent three years in corporate strategy consulting with Bain & Company in Boston before moving to Los Angeles, where his activities included 18 months at the Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee; two years at a large, international search firm; and four years at a medium-sized, general-practice search firm.
Michelle Koeller comes to the executive recruiting space with 17 years of comprehensive Human Resources experience. While she has spent her career in the corporate world as a Human Resources Generalist, Recruiting Manager and Human Resources Business Partner, her true passion has always been for recruiting.
Julie joined BSG as Administrative Partner in 2014. She is responsible for managing the overall day to day operations of the firm as well as overseeing a wide range of corporate initiatives with an eye towards process improvement, cost saving and innovation.
