The leadership, not only from Seth and Darrin, but to Ryan Sylvia and associates running their own projects, is really great; people know what has to be done and do their very best to do it better than what is expected. It's a fun atmosphere but not so much that it gets in the way of getting work done. Everyone is passionate about their work, and what LABUR is doing with organizations like Home Base is very inspiring. There’s a personal touch here and the culture is very cool. I’ve been in technology my entire life; I worked from the bottom all the way up, and I used to hire contractors.
