A dear friend from college recently lost her mother and because i couldn’t be there, I wanted to send something special to the funeral home. I found this florist on line and they had what I wanted to send. I ordered the wind chimes and a stand on a Friday for a Tuesday funeral. I got a call late Tuesday saying they did not get it delivered and did I have my friend’s address they would take it to her and apologize. Nicole made my bridal bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets for our wedding on 7/10/21. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and delivery was excellent as well. Nicole went above and beyond to text me pictures and videos of the bouquets while she was making them to ask if I wanted any adjustments. It felt very special to see pictures and videos of the process. She also included extra flowers to match the bouquets to decorate our cake for a very reasonable price. I would recommend Nicola Flora to everyone!!

Called on Friday, two days before Mother’s Day, to get flowers delivered for Mother’s Day. The gentleman that answered was super helpful. He took some notes on what I was looking for and payment info and assured me I would be happy. I was a little hesitant as I am on the west coast and I normally use an online platform to have flowers delivered but I couldn’t be happier. I’d much rather support a small business and I’m glad I did. The flowers were delivered next day as I had asked, they are beautiful, it is bigger than I expected, and more importantly my mother is extremely happy. Really

I called Nicola Flora in the late morning requesting a bouquet to be delivered by mid afternoon. In addition to my time frame, I shared the occasion and my price point. When asked for preferences, I knew that I was calling the day of the request and supplies may be limited, so I asked that they create a bouquet fitting of the occasion with what they had in shop letting their creativity move them. I could not be happier with the result. Nicola Flora is a professional, timely, affordable, and incredibly talented floral shop that I highly recommend.

Living away from Richmond, for years I have been looking for a reliable florist to use for family still there. After going through several ones, including the traditional Richmond florists with disappointing results, I've finally found my favorite. Flowers were delivered as expected, were incredibly fresh-lasted for longer than any other arrangement I'd had delivered. They were exactly as pictured. I got a spectacular arrangement from Nicola Flora for Mother's Day / my mother's birthday at the beginning of May. I wanted to express my gratitude to the designer who had the vision to create a gorgeous spring arrangement based on pink peonies.
The bouquet came in a glass vase and flowers continued to open and bloom over the next 2 weeks. It's now May 23rd and my Mom wrote: "The flower arrangement is finally coming to an end. It has been glorious. The lilies opened and perfumed the house. Thank you and P."

I ran into Nicola Flora quickly one weekend morning and was not impressed. Everything looked pretty dead and I thought about walking out. Wow! The best customer service you could ask for! My mother order flowers for me on my birthday, last minute. It happened to snow a few days earlier and no one would deliver even though the roads were fine. My mom called 8 other florist before finding this one. Nicole eagerly offered to deliver. On top of that.... my mom requested balloons which Nicole does not sell in her store. So what does Nicole do? She offers to pick up balloons on the way to the delivery address! Who does that! Blown away. I will definitely make this my go to floral shop! Thank you!

I am so impressed with our neighborhood florist, Nicola Flora.
After looking online at other area florists, I was drawn to the originality of Nicola Flora’s arrangements. In the shop, we used one of the standard arrangements as a starting place and customized for a celebration of life service.
The arrangement was placed on the communion table under the pulpit, and it was radiant!! The service was for my only sister. When getting too emotional, I found myself looking into this beautiful arrangement of flowers and being energized, it was truly amazing.
