Ethan Davis has extensive experience helping clients resolve disputes arising from breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, freeze outs and "business divorces", breach of non-compete and other restrictive covenants, whistleblower claims, wage act claims, and appellate matters. Ethan has also represented clients in real estate and residential and commercial construction disputes.
Mike Duffy's practice focuses on advising clients through complex disputes arising out of business relationships, commercial transactions, land use, real estate development, and construction projects. He has represented clients in trials, appeals, mediations and arbitrations before state and federal courts, arbitrators and neutrals as well as state, regional and local regulatory bodies, commissions and boards.
Ben Tymann's practice focuses on leading clients through disputes and litigation arising from business relationships and commercial transactions, land use and permitting challenges, and contested matters involving project development, construction, and real estate. Ben also maintains a robust corporate compliance practice, advising companies who do business with the government on their most sensitive compliance risks.
Jacqueline Johansen's practice encompasses a wide range of litigation matters, including all aspects of business litigation, land use and real estate and construction law. Jacqueline earned her law degree, summa cum laude, from New England School of Law.
During law school, Jacqueline clerked for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, where she drafted legal opinions and memoranda on legislation, regulations and policy statements and provided guidance regarding federal and state laws relevant to insured depository institutions.She also interned at the U.S. District Court in Boston, where she reviewed forma pauperis applications and drafted proposed orders regarding those applications.
