I have been an attorney for more than 36 years. I was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 1977. I have been a sole practitioner the entire time. I have also served in the United States Army and Army Reserve for more than 26 years prior to my retirement. My military service included service in Vietnam during the period 1969-1970 as a helicopter pilot.

A close friend who was bed-bound was a customer of Mark Nestor. Mark lost her original will. Subsequently Shirley knew she was dyeing and requested Mark visit her in order to fulfill sorely needed 2nd will which would also include her waterfront property, bank account and funeral wishes. Mark repeatedly noted she needed to visit his office. For (3) months Shirley reached out to Mark, which on several occasions I participated on the call, begging Mark to come to her home (a ten minute ride from Marks office). Several months ago my friend died on her couch, subsequently there was no funeral moreover

I agree with other reviews he will drag a simple divorce case mislead clients alter the truth to further his profits with no compassion for clients either the plaintiff or the deffendent it is sad but true I thought that lawyers had a code of ethics to uphold but I have not seen it in his case. He may be cheaper hourly but trust me he will drag on and on.

Based on my personal experience with this attorney, my personal opinion is that this is an attorney who puts making money off his clients, far, far ahead of looking out for his clients best interests. He was ready to take thousands in legal costs for something that I worked out personally just by having a conversation with the opposing party, which obviously wasn't an option he considered.
