Started a chapter 13 more than a year ago. They have proceeded to attempt to order 2 more judgements against me in a fully compliant active bankruptcy. Thankfully the stop payment was caught by my lawyer before the judgment could actually garnish my checks. The shere fact that their legal team is trying to pursue an active bankruptcy case is unethical and quite frankly lazy and/or scandalous. It's also petty. I owed them less then 1000 dollars at original time of delinquency and they fully exploited the laws on interest rates and came after me for more than 4000. This company spends way too much

Don't ever get a loan from this place! I have been struggling to make the payments and everytime I try to ask for help I get blown off. I am always told to contact this David person and everytime I call he is always unavailable!! How can you possibly be unavailable when the client calls 5 times in one day!!!!! I have been using credit box for about 4-5 years because it’s the easiest way to RECEIVE money. But paying it back has been terrible. My loan was originally supposed to end 7/7 but they offered Covid Relief so 7/21 was my last day (so I was told). After a week my account reflected $468..... Tiffany, a manager there said if I pay $200 the account… would be at a $0 balance. Irritate OF COURSE I paid $200 but it’s better that $468. She said the account would reflect $0 because she would email a department this past Tuesday. Here it is Wednesday and I had to call her yet again and

I took a loan out with this company back in 2017, their customer service was good when i first got my loan but got worse towards the end of being done. I paid it off at the end of 2017 maybe beginning of 2018 and now Iām 2020 I get a letter that I have a law suit against me for not paying my loan? Very interesting since it was paid off 3 years ago. AND the amount is for more than what my loan was for. Seriously messed up company.

Worst loan company ever, highest interest rates around. In process of filing chapter 7 bankruptcy and I've already retained an attorney but because I haven't completely filled yet they are now garnishing my wages. They refuse to stop without a file number; however, any other loan company I've given the same information to as I gave them has stopped anything. It’s definitely a scam don’t do it, you think they are being honest and upfront with you over the phone and they send you a very long contract and leave out bits and pieces of info as they supposedly break it… down and explain to you what it says, and take you for more than you think and believe you are borrowing. It’s a scam do not do it!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! They don’t even deserve 1 star but it wouldn’t allow me to delete the last star! Do not borrow from this company you will regret it later.
