Isaac was very helpful and kind. We had a question regarding our COVID/PCR test result for traveling internationally the night before the departure. Isaac responded kindly and promptly late at night (outside of normal operating hours) and helped us on what we need, he was a life saver. I highly recommend their service!

My husband and I made appointments for covid PCR rapid tests and paid a premium price for the test. Upon getting to the location, there was a very unorganized line. While outside, I was asked 3 times about my appointment time and what I was there for by the same person. You are then brought inside the location where you are met with more disorganization - barely any distinction between whether you are shopping, getting a vaccine or getting a test. No social distancing what so ever and the people behind the desk seem flustered and do not give clear instructions. You then stand in a line once again

I wish I could give this place a zero. Went in to get a Covid vaccine yesterday 12/30 I was told I had to make an appointment on their website which is fine. After several attempts on trying to schedule an appointment the website wouldn’t allow me (there were many open times slots) There was a very nice girl at the register who was trying to help but the Pharmacist came over and told me to go home and schedule. Why?? When I could have done it right there on my phone

I’ve used this pharmacy several times now, mainly for Covid related services and they are always excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful, booking appointments is pretty easy on their website and they are willing to help out if you have an issue. I don’t get my RX there but they’ve answered those types of questions for me as well, and everyone in this part of town seems to like them a lot. I’d definitely recommend them in terms of your local neighborhood RX.

Better Life was our go to for Covid testing. Sometimes their system glitches when I try to book two tests. My daughter is 13 yo and I need her medical info. The same email and phone number might kick it back to my name and then it will freeze when I try to fill out her paperwork. Usually the pharmacy is able to help. Today the woman mocked me for duplicating my name and appointment. She verbally reprimanded me for “not checking the details” and “having filled out the information incorrectly.” I know they were very, very busy.
