I had a broken window and wanted the least hassle to get it fixed. I got a quote from B & T here on Yelp and jumped on it. Mike came out and fixed it in a jiffy. He was professional, courteous, and above all, fixed it right. Hassle minimized and I'm happy with the results! Really outstanding and I completely recommend him.

Update: Mike came out today and delivered the glass replacement. He also cut a broken table top that I had to use for a shelf. Very pleasant man.

Sadly, my experience does not match the majority here. I reached out to Mike for a desk table top replacement. I've been corresponding through text for over two weeks and still have not received the glass. Very disappointing to keep hearing the glass has arrived but no information on how to pick up, how to pay upon receipt, or the like. If I don't receive today, I will order elsewhere.
