When it comes to buying motorcycles, Cherokee motorcycle is the place to be. Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff. The staff is friendly and courteous. When I purchased my challenger Indian motorcycle, it didn't feel quite right and I wanted to move into a chieftain motorcycle. This process could've been very difficult but it was smooth and an easy transaction making me a very happy customer. The service is outstanding. Craig and Allen were very helpful moving me through this transition. I highly recommend Cherokee motorcycle for anyone wanting to push the edge of living life

Stopped in to get a flat fixed. Very nice people, beautiful showroom and they had me on my way! Another guy was traveling from N.C. and had a piece of wood imbedded in his tire. The shop didn't have his tire in stock, so they took one off a showroom bike and got him on his way too! Doesn't get any better than that!

What a great experience. Salesperson Craig was awesome to deal with. Very professional and patient and knows his stuff. Alan the finance manager was great as well and really took care of me on a service agreement. Which is a must in today's world of technology. The owner even came over and greeted us, very professional. Very well trained and professional group, will definitely buy from again. Head straight to Cherokee Cycles they will do you right.

Do not recommend them at all I’ve done plenty of business with their “sister” store D2 power sports but this was totally different. To start I own a business in Spartanburg county and it’s very hard for me to make time for other than business naturally. So I inquired about a slingshot with them which was in stock online and not in store or so the associate thought. So my first impression is they don’t have a clue what they have and don’t have and that’s very unprofessional but I let it slide. Then I tried to make several attempts to go during the week to test drive and order the color

Rode to Greer from Beech Mountain, NC to look at a trike. Long ride through beautiful mountains. Arrived and met with Danny, the owner, who let me test ride 2 different trikes. Explained the differences between the 2 bikes, gave reasons why some riders went with one or the other, and since I hadn't ridden a trike before went over some of the major differences between 2 up and trikes. Danny worked hard to give me the best trade on my bike and really made the experience very easy. Only the 2nd dealership I have ever visited, whether it was for bike or auto, that really went the extra mile

My car broke down and I drove into their parking lot on the side of the building. I had my daughter in law, her friend, and my 3-year-old grandson with me. We went inside and asked if they could stay inside in the cool air (it was around 90 degrees outside) while I put an alternator on my car that I had with me. He said of course, and I went outside. A few minutes later, one of their technicians can outside with a bottle of cold water and asked if he could help me. I was not a customer, but they took 100% care of me and my family. I purchased a new Victory Cross Country Tour in 2014. The owner, Danny Patterson, was great to deal with -- straightforward, courteous, in the motorcycle business because he loves it, etc. The whole experience was terrific.
A few months later, I was on a ride with my wife and another couple who had flown in to visit and I received a phone call from Victory (Bluetooth on my helmet): Polaris had just issued a "Stop Ride Recall" on my motorcycle. I had to park it immediately. We were one hour into a four-day ride and I was very upset.
I called Danny, who immediately told me he would work

These guys are very good at what is very important keeping their prices and their word. Cannot say that enough, when you get a quote they stick to it and don't do the old add on half way through. Danny is a top level owner with a personality that fits what he does. Like a owner who is approachable and actually has time to talk with customers. I took my Harley here because the local place for that is (a joke). So highly recommend these guys and their work ethic and their ideology of knowing what's important to bikers.
