Owner (pictured) has a severe temper issue—I urge you to find someplace else and wish someone had warned me before my mother and I were harassed and humiliated. Seems like I’m not the only one based on other reviews.
I had several reasonable inquiries regarding restoring my boots (replacing buttons, installing heel taps, etc). With each subsequent question he began to seethe more and more, giving me halfhearted, unhelpful answers and blowing me off. I thought it was bizarre but upon being ready to literally pay up, something snapped in this man and he threw my boots back and yelled at me and

Owner Danny Shin is *the best*. This time he took a bomber’s jacket that was who knows how old with all matter of color shades and blended them all into one. It looks awesome, and I’ve already gotten multiple comments on it. Prior to this he has re-laced a baseball glove I used to catch my son that had finally given way after thousands of pitches. Danny rocks!

This is BY FAR the absolute BEST shoe repair in the Johns Creek/Alpharetta. This sweet owner/operator does amazing, quality work at a fair price. I brought in a pair of my boyfriend’s boots with the sole hanging off, looking like complete trash honestly, and this place made the boots look absolutely spectacular. I’m talking brand new. The boots are very special to my bf and it means so much to me that I can restore them by taking them here. I will trust all my future shoe needs here. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

This is the best shoe and leather repair i have ever been to. The have repaired a leather sword case that was over a 100 years old and i am using it as a Knight of Columbus for my sword. They have repaired many pairs of shoes for me and my wife and he makes them look like new.

This place is the best! You can trust them with your most delicate and expensive shoes. I brought my Christian Louboutin shoes that have super thin/high heel and I needed the tips replaced. Not only did he replace the tips but he also installed a red silicone bottom so now my shoes look brand new! He did a phenomenal job! Super impressed. I’ll be bringing all my designer shoes to him. Thank you for fixing them in such short notice!

Very honest... Told me my Cole Hahn shoes would be very expensive to repair, and he recommended against it.
Went to buy some shoe polish to be nice, but he charges 99c for any credit card purchase under $5. I don't carry cash. .so will go somewhere else for polish today.
I will bring future shoes here to see the quality of his work.

Highly recommend visiting this store. The owner is very friendly and has does an amazing job every pair of shoes I’ve bought to the location. I had two pair of shoes that i was going to toss because i thought they were damaged beyond repair, but i was definitely wrong! He asked to see the shoes and said he could make them look new; guess what, i just picked them up and they look brand new. I wouldn’t take my shoes to any other location. The prices are fair and the work is beyond excellent.
