We arrived at 4:45 today knowing that they close at 5pm and apologized for coming in so late. We knew what we needed and wanted to make it quick- for us with the young children in tow and for the store getting ready to close. The 4 employees in the store seemed to be so annoyed by us being in there. Not a good experience at all. We were still out by 5 when they closed. We will be returning and buying the same shoes elsewhere.

Amazing service. We were in the area on a Sunday (they were closed, so we were just peeking in the window). The owner let us in to shop, measured my daughters foot and helped us find a pair of sneakers (on sale) for camp. They have a huge selection especially for the older elementary group that are SO picky! This is now our go-to store for kids shoes! Great experience for us!

Today is the first time, in a very long time that I’ve seen disrespect in a long time coming from a young adult directed to anyone their senior. No matter the position Ms. Elizabeth has at your store, it does not give her authority to belittle, disrespect and treat other employees in such a demeaning manner, no matter their age( but especially to an older adult). Not only is it beyond RUDE in itself, but it’s even more so in front of your customers as they are checking out. Where are her manners? Where is her customer service and is she not aware that internal employees are customers as well

I've been to sprong numerous times with my kids and it's always a fantastic experience. The owner is lovely and helpful as are all the workers we've experienced. I know that I will find shows for my kids for a reasonable price and the experience wont leave me tearing my hair out! The shoes themselves have lasted lo ger than any other shoes I've bought!

On yesterday, I walked in with my soon to be one year old and was immediately greeted by both of the ladies who were standing behind the counter. One of the ladies approached me and I shared with her that I was there to get my son's foot measured and also purchase my beginner walker some shoes. The kind lady began to help with no hesitation. She was patient, very kind and knowledgeable. She and the other lady recommend shoes for my son and made both he and I very happy! I purchased 3 pair! Thank you to the ladies who were working on yesterday (11-15-17) around 4:30PM, for your amazing customer
