Very nice place to go to ship items. Never gives me a hassle like the Copy Shoppe in Debary, Florida. Copy Shoppe refuses to send some of my stuff because it sounds like there is not enough packing material in the box. The woman there always asks me what is in my packages and tells me I need to put an extra label inside the package. Will never go to her again. I will always go to Safe Ship. They never give me any trouble. I have been shipping for years and know what I'm doing. Dont go to Copy Shoppe to send Fed Ex. Just not worth the hassle.

Within the past month i have used this svc several times. Usually prepai d UPS. The one time a couple younger girls were working and one of the younger girls said " its an extra $1 drop off fee for ups" which i paid. Is this price gouging for seniors or whats going on here.?
I dont see any response to my complaint. Apparently you dont have an excuse.

Amanda is personable, friendly, professional and kind. Last month my sister brought in boxes to be shipped from my late fathers estate. When I received them items were broken. I contacted the store and immediately Amanda was on it! She filled out the claim for me through FedEx and just wrote to tell me a check is on the way. What great customer service is that? I say human and and AWESOME. Thank you Amanda for being my angel on this.

I come in with two fedex envelopes ready to ship and all I need is a receipt. The only attendant is working on a gentleman's hand on some machine. She acknowledged me and asked if I can wait a moment. I was being patient until I noticed she finished the hand and started on the other. I took my FedEx and walked out. Terrible customer service and lack of respect and consideration.

Came in here when in a hurry one day to ship some headlight housings and mentioned that they were somewhat fragile and they were actually repackaged up to industry standards (I reused the box and packing that my new lights came in to ship the old.) I asked what the cheapest method available and got charged $56 and 2 dollars of that was for 200 in insurance and wasnt qouted any other options. My package arrived with a broken headlight and I went to file a claim with usps to find no inaurance on my package. I ran the dimentions and weight for a qoute through usps to find 39 dollars and a faster method
