My mother and I met with Daniel to discuss the sale of her home. She was not happy about it, but knew it was the best situation. Daniel was kind, warm, well-prepared, and professional. When I sold my house my neighbor recommended Daniel. Daniel did a super, professional job suggesting how to stage my house for photographs and get it ready to ready to list. The house was on several sites on the day. He had an open house and many people came to look. An offer was made then withdrawn. Daniel is the best of the best! He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and always kept us informed every step of the way. We started off our buying process with a realtor recommended by a friend and wasn't satisfied so we fired that guy and hired Daniel. Thanks to Daniel, my husband and I quickly and easily closed on our first home. We knew little to nothing of how the buying process worked, and we weren't sure what we should expect budget wise.
