Becker Nutrition is a nutritional counseling and personal chef service, designed with the goal of helping people who value high quality food and health to eat and live a more healthy life. So many of us place a high value on eating healthily and improving our nutrition, but at the same time we desire delicious, rewarding food.

My mission is simple: to bring you the best of both worlds. Nutritious food, when selected and prepared with inspiration, can be both decadent and varied. Not only have I cooked in some of the country's best restaurants and studied nutrition extensively, but I also value cooking this way for my own family and friends.

Chris Becker is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York and has developed and mastered his skills in highly regarded restaurants such as Fifty Seven Fifty Seven in the Manhattan Four Seasons Hotel, Cafe Des Artistes (NYC), and Boulevard Restaurant (San Francisco). He started his own businesses including a catering company and a personal chef company.
Customized cooking services prepared in your home based on your individual needs or taste preferences. Shopping, cooking, storage, labeling, and directions for perfect meals are provided. Customized evaluation of diet and lifestyle are assessed. Laboratory services (optional) are available to more easily analyze diet deficiencies and or needs.
Share the expense of personal chef services by planning a menu with a neighbor or nearby family member. Average cost per meal is $15. Typically with this plan 40 meals are prepared and split between two families of 4. *Total cost for each family per week is $300 versus $450. Q: Is there a commitment for either service? No, there is no commitment for services especially cooking services, which can be done short-term or even on a one time trial basis. Nutritional consulting can be done in one session but it is recommended that a minimum of 3 sessions be used. Q: Do you work with restricted diets?
Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl and thoroughly coat the granola. This amount will probably take three sheet trays so spread out evenly and not too crowded on the sheet tray. Place in oven and bake 25-35 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes to ensure no burning and even cooking. Once the granola starts to turn a golden brown it is done.
