We offer effective and innovative arthritis, headache, and back pain treatment, with a specialty in interventional pain management. While we understand that we cannot always make you totally pain free, we make it our goal to ensure you leave the office with a sense of satisfaction each time.
Most of our patients are referred by a medical professional. However, ExcelCare Pain Management Center does accept self-referred patients as long as you can provide us with background medical information. Please bring your insurance card to your appointment. When we receive your referral from your physician, we will contact you to set up initial evaluation.

Horrible place, don't go there! The Dr is nice but most of the staff is miserable. They lost some of my records and acted like they never had them. The current place I'm going gave me much more relief, in just one visit! (I was going to ExcelCare for almost 2 years). ExcelCare made me pay for "diagnostic" injections, which I had never heard of. My new pain management place went straight do doing a real injection.
ExcelCare seems to have built a business on barely helping you; I guess so that they can get more money out of you.
