Update in response: I understand that, but it was just way too long. On top of that I wasn't shown where the hole in the tire was, so for all I know I was duped into buying 2 new tires for no reason. Oh also, they forgot to put the valve cap back on one of them. Overall bummer experience.

We were traveling thru this area pulling an enclosed trailer and pulled over for fuel when I noticed one trailer tire was flat due to a nail. We contacted Nuttall Tire at 4:35pm (they were closing at 5:00pm) and they told me to come right over so they could help. Seriously!!?? VERY nice, very professional and very comforting to know that someone actually cared about my problem and was willing to help. They were successful in patching the tire in short order and we were back on the road. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of service or tires. The location was huge, they had

When I walked in I won't lie I was pretty nervous. Having to get any car work done can be overwhelming especially for someone like me who knows I could easily be taken at a car place seeing as I have no clue about cars. I needed four new tires and not only did they help me figure out what would be the best bang for my buck, they didn't try to up charge me and all that, but they were able to get me in and out in less than 2 hours! Fair pricing and kind employees.

I took my 2007 U conn GMC to get the tires balanced and rotated which is included and service since I bought the tires from nuttal. ive had the truck for years and have an occasional problem with 1 of the tpms after getting tired balanced and rotated. the batteries can wear out in these systems. but in a yukon not all at once. i took it in to nuttall. all 4 were reading fine. when i went to pick it up all 4 sensors were reading bad. nuttall told me all 4 batteries went bad at once. not likely. had 2 tpms replaced in last 2 years and they should last 5-7 years. what they didnt want to

It's difficult to find an automotive repair shop with experts that stand behind their work and charge reasonable rates these days.
I brought my classic Super Beetle in for an alignment and some front end work. They had to order the parts, which was not a surprise given the fact I have a vintage car. Jeremy did quite a bit of research to not only find the right parts, but to find reasonably priced ones.
The crew was friendly, professional, and brought me out to the bay to show me the work. The tech discovered an improperly connected part unrelated to the specific repair that could've

I made an appointment to take my car in for four new tires and four -wheel alignment. They took my car back on time and, although it took a little longer than expected, it was completed in a timely fashion. Everyone was very friendly from the time I called to discuss tires and make the appointment through the time I paid my bill. They did great work, and I would definitely use Nutall Tire again

I've been taking my vehicles here for several years. I'm always pleased with the customer service, which includes staff's honesty as well as their conversation style.
I know about cars; I've worked on them myself over the years. Some things I can't do myself though. Being a woman, I've received absolutely crappy service from other shops from men who assumed I didn't know anything about cars. Of course they would change their tune when I called them on their lies.
All that trouble just doesn't happen at Nuttalls. They speak to each customer one-on-one

What a great shop and people. We were traveling through from Florida to the Carolina mountains and had a flat on our travel trailer. Even though they were busy, they still took the time to replace my tire that was shredded. I really was expecting some outrageous price, nope, $60 and change. WHAT? REALLY? I have since priced these since I've been home and still can't beat the price let alone the service. What a great family owned business.
Now if you ever decide to open a place here in the space coast of Florida, let me know, you have my business.

I have been going here since 2015 and I rarely ever go anywhere else. In 2015 I had an older car that started developing suspension issues. I took it to them and they looked the car over at no charge to me, and they were very open and honest about what the car needed as well as the cost. The service manager, Keith, even told me he would not be able to work on the car in good conscience since the cost of repairs was over double what the car was worth. He was willing to do the repairs, but he did not hesitate to let me know the car was not worth the repairs and I would be much better off getting

Bought a few set of tires here 10 plus years ago and was pleasantly surprised by the quality work they did then installing our tires. Returned again yesterday for another new set and was equally as pleased with their quality and quick service. Great tires and excellent customer service working with Joey.
There's not to many tire businesses I've ever heard where you get such great service in as short a period of time. Every visit to this point with Nuttalls we've been in and out in under an hour and a half, even though we were having four new tires installed.

Just had a great experience here.
On Saturday evening I discovered I had a flat tire. On Monday morning before work, I found out I had another. When I arrived at Nuttall they were filled with people and cars. Even so, they were able to get me in and out with both tires fixed in less than a hour.
With their courteous and friendly service, it's easy to see why this place is so popular. I will definitely be headed back in the future.

This is definitely a 5 star place, family run, totally honest, and prices are very reasonable. More important they do great work, and have great brands. On another rating site, they have 451 comments, and still have 5 stars. Not surprising. They are that good. You have to overlook the fact that it doesn't look as professional as it is. In an old building and so on, but the proof is in my satisfaction - and I am very choosy on auto repairs and tires. I am satisfied.
